Hotel Le Quartier Bercy Square in Paris

Stayed here during my trip to Paris. The room was a bit small, but it was good value for money. The location was great and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for something affordable in a nice area.

The hotel was exactly as advertised... Clean, quiet, and functional. I just wished there was a dedicated space to open my suitcase other than on the bed, as there wasn't really room elsewhere. I really appreciated the complimentary tray with coffee, tea, and biscuits, and the individual toiletries were good quality and useful.

I can't highlight any negatives because the entire process went smoothly. There was only one minor inconvenience, common in many Parisian buildings: the smell from the sewage system. This was occasionally noticeable for a minute or two but quickly dissipated. It's a phenomenon prevalent in many older buildings.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to them. I'm confident we'll meet again.

It is a great place for your vacation

The staff were really friendly and helped us with a lot of questions. The hotel room was genuinely small, but that's Paris for you – every inch counts! There's a market right outside, which was a nice experience. The location is pretty good.

The hotel was great and provided amazing service throughout our 8 day trip, with breakfast included. The room was clean and comfortable, it had wifi, a thermostat and a big window. It is also walking distance to the metro station which can get you basically anywhere in Paris. While located outside the main touristy areas we loved to see this side of Paris. It was an awesome experience and I’d definitely stay here again. Recommended!

The hotel is located in a small alley right next to the Le Rital restaurant. The room is small but it is fine for a person. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very nice.

Great location, easy access to public transport. Great staff, amicable and respectful.
The only downside was that rooms are quite small and we couldn’t get twin beds as we needed.

I stayed here for three nights at the start of my trip to Europe September ‘25. Hotel is generally quiet. Good location in the 12th arrondissement between metro stations and close to the Gare de Lyon. During certain times of the year, a market is set up out on the street outside the hotel. Rooms are small as expected in Paris, but sufficient. I don’t travel thousands of miles to sit in a hotel room. Shower was tight. Room was mostly clean. Shower curtain had something dried on it that didn’t come off when washed, or it wasn’t cleaned/changed between guests. My room’s shower had a floor to ceiling glass window that a curtain covers. If there are two of you make sure to pull the curtain over the it if someone is opening the hotel room door while another is in the shower! It was an interesting feature of the retrofitted bathroom! Staff was friendly. Decent options close by for food. I enjoyed my stay. Second time staying in the 12th arrondissement.

Charming hotel in an old building. Almost impossible to find the street entrance, it's a wrought iron gate about 8 feet wide between two storefronts. Come for the shabby-chic decor and delicious breakfast, stay for the pervy shower
