After showering, water vapor condenses on the bathroom ceiling and forms brownish-yellow droplets. These droplets drip onto my freshly cleaned body and other personal hygiene items. I have requested the hotel to clean the ceiling twice, but it had not been thoroughly cleaned before i checked out

Great hotel for family. Lobby level has a lot activities for family. Very convenient location. The breakfast restaurant is a bit crowded and food tables arrangements are a bit disorganized. You have to order your own coffee, however, the service is very good.
Room offer free water, refill as many as you want.
Level 1 has a pool, you need to book for your time slot.
Overall, I would highly recommend for family vacation.

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices.

Check in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination.
The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football.the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station.

Pleasant hotel in an easy to reach part of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was nice. We were disappointed to find there was no coffee machine in the room which every Pullman I've stayed in has had. There is only a kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets per day, and 2 bottles of water. Having teaspoons and wine glasses in the room would've been handy also.

Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. Some restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Some not so much. Would continue their conversion even though you ask for help. The carpets could do with a refresh. Overall not a bad hotel.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.
+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

The people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.

I recently stayed at the Paris Pullman Bercy and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is modern and stylish, with comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Paris Pullman Bercy for a pleasant stay in the city!
