Great experience for an affordable 4 star hotel. We got a free upgrade to an Executive Room which was large with complimentary snacks and clean. A little on the older side but just fine. It was an odd room though as he had to use 2 sets of lifts to get to it.
The location is great - close to a metro and near a shopping village. Its right next to an Arena so the area doesn't feel Parisian if that's what you are looking for but its price is good and still convienent to get to all major attractions.

I arrived as part of a group that stayed a week at The Novotel Bercy. Naturally, having taken an overnight flight from the US, we arrived in the morning and the rooms were not available until about 3 PM. Kessy was so gracious. We were a group of about 25 exhausted and frustrated people hanging around the lobby and repeatedly asking her if our rooms were available. She did her best to accommodate us as the rooms became available. The hotel stay was lovely, the accommodations were very comfortable, the shower soaps, and scents of the whole place were all amazing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. It started off with beautiful crepes, croissants, fresh breads, and it went on from there with eggs that were scrambled, omelettes, boiled eggs and also you could make your own eggs. There were other foods, but everything was amazing. I will return.

What a superb base to see an event at the arena, plenty of restaurants, local shops right outside. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent to, along with a bar
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff are polite and professional
The zoo is just over a mile away if you want to spend a couple of hours there and the metro stop is right outside for trips into Paris centre
Be happy to stay here again for another event

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Paris Bercy! Our room was spacious, with a bathtub and shower, and comfortable beds for the three of us. The room was well-equipped and made our stay very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful, spoke English, and patiently humored me as I attempted my terrible French.
The hotel has direct access to the Bercy Metro and plenty of nearby restaurants, making it very convenient. You can easily get everywhere you want to go!
We had a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting Paris.

This was a perfect hotel for our occasion.
We need a hotel close by to Station F for a night and this one is less than 15 minutes walk. The hotel is right next to the Accor arena and Bercy park.
Nice clean and specious room. Separate bathroom from the shower and the bathtub.
Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and checkout.
I like a water machine at the reception area where you can fill your bottle with cold and sparkling water.
However there were some things I don't like during the stay which were:
The bars staff weren't professional, when I was waiting at the bar to get drinks, they can see me standing there but they kept talking among themselves for a long time before they actually speak to me.
The other thing was that they have no icepack in the first aid kit for rolled ankle. The gave me about a cup of ice in kitchen towels which soaked on towels on the bed.
The tissue box is embedded in the wall in the shower so not very convenient to use.
Overall this was a good hotel for what we needed.

I’ve travelled with my 9-year-old son — it was his first time in Paris. Novotel really helped us embrace Paris to the fullest. We had a beautiful corner room; the beds, rain shower — everything was more than perfect. Friendly staff and great service. And what’s very nice: when you step outside the hotel, you walk straight into the metro. In just two stops, you’re in the centre of Paris. We’re truly thankful to Novotel for making our stay unforgettable.
