Hotel Renoir*** Paris Montparnasse in Paris

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the presence of bed bugs in my room, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide a full refund, despite the clear breach of hygiene standards. This lack of accountability and compensation for such a serious issue left me extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and prioritize their health and comfort when selecting a place to stay.

The rooms are different than on the pictures in Booking.com.
The breakfast is alright, depending on which employee is working there the service is good or bad, there’s basically no system for serving their customers.
The room service wasn’t even existing, especially during Corona it should be normal to clean and desinfect the room every day. The opposite was done, not even after asking for a room service we found a clean room after being out. Only on one day out of five it was taken care of a bit with changed towels.
I’d expect something different for 500€ than this.

Horrible service, they did not clean the rooms when you asked for room service and the breakfast was not good. The rooms where smaller than it looked in the pictures .

The hotel is in a nice place 2 min walk to Montparnasse ! All kinds of little shops on the street & shopping center near by! Hotel is however in MAJOR need of a renovation!! The rooms are tiny as if they made 2 rooms out of one! The pictures make the lobby look huge and really nice when in fact it is tiny and in need of some work !!! The elevator is ancient!!! Shakes way too much and makes a lot of noise!! The rooms were not clean either ! The TV was covered in smear marks from "cleaning" and it looked like it was ready too fall off the wall! The bathroom door did not shut all the way ! And the mirror was covered in smear marks aswell! The shower is designed poorly: the whole bathroom gets a washing when you take a shower !! Oh and you can hear the person across from you because the rooms are about 3 feet away from each other !! Metro passes every few minutes so if you're a light sleeper, know you won't get much shut eye because the whole building shakes!! Hotel does not provide any complimentary water or anything! On the bright side, staff is great, great location! But definitely does not deserve a 3 star rating!
