The towels are very thin and there are not enough hooks or rail to dry them. There is not much storage area in the bathroom.
The breakfast was good.we even had a glimpse of the Eiffel tower from our room which was a lovely and unexpected bonus.
Our room did not get serviced during our 3night stay.
Amenities: I didn't see a hair dryer, and the kettle was completely plastic, inside and out. The hotel provides cheap items to its guests.
Service: When checking in, I mentioned I currently live in China, and the front desk staff asked if I liked China. I said yes, and she said, "Really? Many people don't like China." What kind of staff is this? On the evening of check-in, I requested chairs and a table for the balcony, but the male receptionist said they'd be there the next day. However, nothing was available the next day. The hotel manager was also very indifferent. Under her management, the front desk staff and hotel cleanliness were both poor.
However, we encountered an issue with the towel heater, which cannot be plugged. When we mentioned it to the nighttime receptionist, she assured us that it would be fixed during the day, but nothing happened for two days despite my daily reminders. When I asked the daytime receptionist, I learned that it wouldn’t be fixed at all. I would have preferred to know the truth instead of being given false hope.
