I recently had a wonderful very short stay at hotel Mercure Paris Notre-Dame Saint Germain des paris and couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the reception team, especially Aziz, Mohammed, and Menel. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Their attentive and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Our stay here at Mercure was a very pleasurable experience. Everything was very clean, the staff was more than accommodating. We would recommend Mercure Hotels for anyone that is looking for a hotel in the heart of Paris.

Mohamed and Malek are truly wonderful. We got married in Paris and they were kind enough to upgrade our room during our stay. We most definitely will be back again. Thank you for such a memorable trip on our first vacation to Paris!!!

The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to visit Notre Dame and the Louvre. Luggage can be stored at the front desk.

The room has a kettle and the facilities are relatively new. After all, it is an Accor hotel. However, it was a bit noisy upstairs in the morning. I don't know if it was a garbage truck or something else.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Within walking distance to so many great sights and close to the main blvd and train stations. Beds were comfortable, robes and coffee provided in room. Room was cleaned daily and was decorated so cute. It was very tiny but you do know that at the time of booking and it didn’t bug us. Front desk was incredibly kind and even brought us up a wine bottle opener and glasses one evening. We did not do breakfast at hotel as we were close to so many other great spots and wanted to try more but it smelled good when we were leaving and we often saw people sitting in the little lobby enjoying wine and cocktails,

Very good central location just a few hundred yards from Notre-Dame Cathedral. Comfortable and clean room, comfortable bed, small but adequate bathroom (although challenging in the shower if you're taller than 6ft!). Breakfast was good, staff were helpful and friendly. Represented good value for money.
