There was a difference between friendly staff and not-so-friendly staff. Some staff were very helpful.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, although it was disappointing that breakfast wasn't ready at the scheduled time of 7am.

Excellent boutique hotel in a perfect Paris location. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the hotel is elegant and quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The spa/hammam is a great bonus after sightseeing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel, in an excellent location near the metro. Very friendly staff, small but well-appointed room (carpeted), clean and smelled good, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited, but overall there was a little bit of everything.

Very good, just steps from Madeleine metro station. I booked a room for myself and also for a colleague, and the experience was great. The hotel is newly renovated, and the breakfast is quite plentiful.
