Quiet and pleasant apart-hotel near the metro. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities.

Located in the 14th district of Paris, 600 metres from Plaisance metro station, near the Montparnasse district, 15 km from Orly airport.

Consists of one 7-storey building.

The hotel has 80 rooms.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Maid service is done once a week. Additional cleaning service – on request.

In addition paid tourist tax in the amount of about 1.65 Euro per person per day.

The breakfast had a wide variety of breads and was really delicious. The front desk staff were all very nice. I would definitely use their services again when I visit.

Overall a decent place. Room was mostly clean and well maintained. The sofa bed in the family room was ok. From the central Paris Metro is the only option for transportation.

Nice hotel with just a few problems
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really nice, but the breakfast room is too small. It takes only a few families to completely fill it up, at which point it becomes loud and awkward. The neighborhood is great, but there is no metro stop very near, so you either have to walk a great deal or take a bus or tram. Both options are good and convenient, but they add extra time to your journey. We ended up taking Uber a lot to avoid the hassle.

They did not have air conditioning as promised. It was a disappointment. Room was hot. They did not have any available rooms for 2 nights...so we just opened the window. All in all a great place but no air-conditioning in August.

Wonderful Stay
Great stay. Very kind staff. Delicious bakery across the street. 8 minute walk to metro into the city centre. The breakfast was wonderful. Coffee/espresso machine available at all times. Able to leave luggage if you arrive before check in. Washing machine available for 5 euros per load and dryer is 4 euros per load. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in room. Would definitely recommend.
