Fantastic location just around the corner from Gare Montparnasse, spotless room and bathroom, comfortable bed, double-glazed windows shutting out the street noise, and a little portable airconditioner to cool me down after a long and frustrating day! There was a nice little bar across the street where I had a delicious dinner. Best of all, the proprietor was incredibly helpful and kind - he carried my bag up 2 flights of stairs, scolded me the next day for carrying it down myself, and walked to the corner with me to point out the station. I feel lucky to have got the room at short notice!

Excellent value for money. A quiet hotel with an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. The welcome is very friendly and the staff takes great care of their guests. I highly recommend this establishment.

Once again, this establishment is only a name because it has remained in its original 70s state. Located on a street perpendicular to Avenue du Maine, its only advantage is that it is less than 5 minutes from Gare Montparnasse. With eight to nine rooms spread over 4 levels without an elevator and without air conditioning, the reception is not pleasant and you may even be disturbed when you arrive. The room is like the reception and extremely noisy because it is next to the very lively bars at this time of year. The bedding is passable with threadbare sheets and blankets (avoid for allergy sufferers). No bottle in the fridge and a kettle without tea or coffee. Not to be repeated. In short, do not plan a long stay.

Very noisy due to the location and the building being poorly insulated. Cleaning was done on the surface, hair on the floor, and the room smelled unpleasant.

large rooms, very comfortable pillows and bedding bathroom with lots of storage courtesy tray a discovery in Montparnasse, run by a manager, who bends over backwards to please you. It fully deserves its three * we recommend

Close to the Montparnasse Train Station, with the metro station really close also, it is great. Accesible to get fast anywhere in the city, nice stuff and overall a great place to experiment de parisian life.
