The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, offering assistance such as borrowing umbrellas, scissors, and providing toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, the four-star hotel room was a bit too small, and the shower leaked; hopefully, this can be improved. The room's style was warm and bright, which we liked.

We had snacks at tea. Very tasty. Lots of cheese and meats and tiny sandwiches. And a variety of hot beverages. All free

Staying a well managed hotel offers comfort. The tiny room is clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. Convenient located near dining and shopping area, 10-15 minute walk to Montmartre and Galleries Lafayette :)

Service is friendly and efficient, making guests feel valued, but a little bit messy in the invoice issue at the end :P

For the immaculate cleanliness, friendly service and over all high quality this hotel is an amazing value - comfortable rooms with great bedding and beds, quiet and well maintained with a very helpful front desk - there’s many similarly priced hotels in Paris that are far inferior. Location is perfectly convenient and well connected, but away from major tourist congestion. I’m happy I took up a friends recommendation here and will plan to be back next time I’m in town. I only had breakfast one morning but it was very good. In room there’s a tea kettle which is always appreciated, house keeping is thorough and very decent shower and bath products are stocked. Always nice to travel without bothering about shampoo and body lotion etc. front desk went out of their way to help with airport directions / calling a taxi and also kindly confirmed a dinner reservation another night. I was having a weekend with a friend and this cozy and incredibly clean and comfortable hotel was the best choice.

Very clean, quiet hotel steps from the subway and Montmartre. Rooms are a bit small, but that’s expected in Paris. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Booked direct through their website at the best price I could find. Excellent communication by email and telephone before our stay. The room was clean and well appointed with efficient A/C and an extremely comfortable bed. All staff were extremely friendly, but Nicolas in particular stood out for his helpfulness and friendliness. He was always happy to help and gave some great advice and recommendations regarding the local area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Perfect location for The Moulin Rouge (10mins walk) and a leisurely 30min walk to Place de la Concorde and the Louvre.
