Wonderful staff. They took care of us in every way possible. Location is perfect. Located on a quiet neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, shops, galleries and a 12 minute walk to the Louvre. We will stay here again when we return.

I booked a terrace suite, and the view was great! Unfortunately, it rained all day, so I couldn't use the terrace. The hotel breakfast was disappointing; there weren't many choices. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive.

The location of this hotel is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, it is next to the Four Seasons Hotel, and you can always see the police at the door, which makes you feel safe. The room is not big, but the hotel service is good. Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet

Very cozy small hotel with convenient location, but the overall size of the hotel and the size of the guest rooms are too small. The doors between the guest rooms are very close, and the sound of the doors opening and closing next door can be heard clearly.

The location is super convenient, behind the LV big box store on Champs-Elysées. The M1 subway across the street can take you to most of the main attractions in Paris. I booked this hotel because I wanted to celebrate the New Year at the Arc de Triomphe. In fact, I really got it right because it was very close to the Arc de Triomphe, and when everyone was restricted by traffic on that day, I could go to the Arc de Triomphe without any obstacles. Excellent stay at l’Hotel, from beginning to end. Incredible staff, wonderful hotel amenities and bar, concierge service and hotel breakfast … all were 5*. You feel as though you are staying with family or friends in an incredibly elegant setting. An all-around exceptional experience.

The hotel was beautiful, elegant & quaint! It has everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. We reserved the hamman and started the day feeling refreshed. Luis the concierge was AMAZING and very attentive to enhance our experience. The area is beautiful, safe and centrally located to art galleries, shopping & dining.

Great boutique hotel Great stay at the hotel, it’s a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms, staff there are very helpful and accomodating to our requests, it was an amazing stay. The neighbourhood of Marais is also really interesting with good cafes and shopping.

Facilities: Average. Rooms aren't very soundproof, and the elevator is cramped. The in-room kitchen and shared laundry are convenient, but be aware of the chipped bathroom tiles. Ambient: A bit noisy. Service: Friendly and cordial.

One inconvenience of the family room is that it has two floors, and the bathroom is on the second floor. There is no bathroom on the first floor, so it is actually inconvenient for the whole family to go up and down the stairs.

We loved this hotel. Check in experience was great. Sara at the front desk along with everyone else were always extremely nice, courteous and helpful. The doormen were always nice and pleasant.
