Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa in Paris

The restaurant and bar are nice but that's all. The room was very small. I booked it for 4 nights. There were other available rooms but they were arranged in a corner. (Don’t say it was full. I took Ctrip directly to see the room type for that day and I could book the same room type for the next few days. , so... why do you treat Asian tourists like this???) Room number 405! The room faces east and does not face the street (this place is very quiet, so it should not be noisy if it faces the street). After opening the window, there is no sunlight in the morning. There is a peculiar smell from the sewer in the bathroom, and there is no window. The peculiar smell permeated the whole room 😵💫 and the way back to the room is not the normal hotel elevator. It is a safe passage elevator. Can you imagine that after staying for 4 nights, you can't meet a single guest in this elevator, and there is no strict service... There is only a small trolley for cleaning... The room paper and shampoo are not replenished in time... The shampoo makes dandruff come off... The scalp is itchy... The price/performance ratio is extremely low. I chose it when I saw it had 5 stars. Every day during the National Day period 4600 late...forget it for this level...it is really rare to give negative reviews, this is really bad! Don’t be fooled by hotel photos! ! !
