Renaissance Paris Republique Hotel, Paris1 / 23Good price
8.6
Paris, 40 Rue Rene Boulanger (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Amazing hotel, no issues here.
It's a little far from the tourist spots, but the station is right in front so it's easy to get around! The rooms are spacious and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured!
The location was perfect. Road construction in front of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the room and breakfast were both excellent. I'll be leaving with fond memories of France.
Very convenient location - entrance rather small with construction outside. Safe area to stay
This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are very clean overall. There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here.
Although the room rate is not low, the size and the quality of the room type is very good! Staff are all very helpful. Just that they double charged the city tax to my credit card but they are able to resolve within 24 hours

Paris, 39 avenue de Wagram (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This Marriott-branded hotel is in a great location.
It's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a 5-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The bread for breakfast was especially delicious, and the milk was surprisingly hot!
The hotel is in a very good location, near Arc De Triomphe. It is quite new and modern which is not easy to find in Paris downtown.
It's a very beautiful and clean house!
Aside from its decent location, the room facilities are outdated, and there's a very unpleasant disinfectant smell!!! It's not worth the price; avoid this hotel!
They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained. I had to be extra careful and review everything with them, which helped in catching charging over 1500 Euros extra on my bill.. I caught that and demanded to be corrected. Lousy experience..

Luxurious and comfortable, with a great location.
Nice, spacious, and comfortable room.
Good location, pretty new and clean, friendly staff! Highly recommended.
The hotel has a very good location and the service is good, but there is too little water in the shower, the water pressure is insufficient, it only drips out, and the temperature is difficult to control. It's not pleasant. I won't consider it next time at this price.
The room faced the street, which is lined with bars. From Thursday to Sunday, the noise was incredibly loud. The music was so loud it was heart-wrenching, and it often didn't stop until after 2 a.m. I called the front desk to complain, but they said local law prohibits it until 2 a.m., and there was nothing they could do. Those with sleep problems should be cautious and consider staying Monday through...
The hotel is better than expected. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and there are many restaurants around. The room is bigger than expected, the bathroom is clean and comfortable, but the shower room is small. It is very close to the Guimet Museum.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel bel Ami. Our room was renovated and very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but very nice. Service was exceptional from the front desk staff, concierge and housekeeping. The location is great - walkable to many restaurants, shopping, and the metro.
A great location. 10 min walk to the Louvre. Great restaurants in walking distance. Beautifully renovated rooms on the 1st floor which is one level above street. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay with them again.
This was absolutely the best hotel to stay in Paris. Just start with the staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Everything was essentially located in walk-in distance. The food was exquisite the room service exceptional. I can say enough about this hotel. I would stay here again without any thought about any other hotel. The concierge was especially helpful...
Perfect location.close to everything. Staff is extremely helpful..great breakfast buffet.
Was a great home base for our visit to Paris. The Saint Germaine Neighborhood was full of people and restaurants that made daily walks enjoyable.
This hotel is a true gem! The location is superb—tucked away on a quiet street, yet just steps from wonderful attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood has a lot of great local character. The hotel staff is highly professional, warm, and incredibly helpful; I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
The soundproofing in the rooms is a disaster. I could hear my neighbor showering at night and their conversations—a disgrace for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is no better than an Ibis… This hotel is terrible.
The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as a subway station. It's ideal for tourists. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and supermarkets are also nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive.
The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of various attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich.
Great location and service made this a great first trip to Paris for my family. We will definitely be back next time we visit Paris.
Nice hotel, clean room and good location as only a few mins walk to Eiffel tower. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast. The staff were very polite and made the stay for my sister's birthday more enjoyable.

Best location, best service, best breakfast!!
Our stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the experience exuded Parisian elegance and warm hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning—classic Haussmann architecture on the outside, seamlessly blending with chic modern luxury inside. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the grand lobby to the serene spa and courtyard garden...
It was a very good experience and I would definitely stay there again. The service was excellent and they even helped us move to a different suite due to some issues. This made our stay even better. The location of the hotel is also excellent.
A wonderful restaurant offering simple yet flavorful dishes. Portions are perfectly balanced, and the pricing adds a touch of humor—where a glass of wine is actually cheaper than water. Its prime location right on the Champs-Élysées makes it an undeniable favorite.
Where to begin, my second stay in many years. I had fond memories but I needed to comment on this stay - simply the finest customer service - you are made to feel at home and cared for. I am truly grateful to the front desk for all they did to accommodate my check in process. I loved their breakfast - I loved the dinner - I Love this hotel.
Excellent location, hotel is great but restaurant despite history etc was disappointing... better find another alternative for evening get togethers.

The location is good. Rooms are Ok but very tight. The design is somewhat old school.
Luxurious ambiance, with friendly and professional staff. I’m glad I chose this venue to host a corporate cocktail event. They were very professional every step of the way. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to organize this type of event.
Excellent service. I got bug bite in room and the staff helped me to change to another room.
This hotel is a place that is losing its potential. The lobby is great. The bar staff is amazing and quality drinks being served. Again music was not working as the system got down. The location is great. When we arrived hotel was closed after midnight which is not a standard for a 5star. We got a terrible room on 1st level, which was gloomy and without basic facilities. Our review would be 2stars...
One of best hotel stays ever. Great location. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. The staff was the standout. They were so kind, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room.. I would not stay or recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel. Fantastic service
I really liked the decor, and the room's sound system was fantastic. It's especially rare to find such a new hotel in the Montmartre and Champs-Élysées area. Very comfortable hotel in a great location, beautiful spa with a pool, modern hotel. Very good breakfasts. In winter, during periods of extreme cold, the temperature in the rooms struggles to rise.
Certainly one of the best hotel in Paris. Nice location from boutiques and restaurants
I was temporarily upgraded to a suite, and I can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony🥺 The service is super good. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very good, and the service is also very good. I recommend it👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The best hotel in Paris in terms of price/quality that I have visited. An excellent boutique hotel.
Our stay at the Madame Rêve was wonderful. We found the location perfectly positioned to easily walk to the 8th, 1st, and the Marais (3/4). Hotel it self is stunning. Great location, very comfortable stay, and delicious breakfast.
Hotel location is perfect, the type of room was quiet large compared to standard paris hotels, with nice breakfast. Our room window unfortunately had an issue, with glacial winter wind entering the room. What we liked the most is the smaller size of the hotel, allowing it to be more personal and never...
Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff and an excellent location in the city. We enjoyed breakfast at Café M one morning and dinner in the lounge at La Chinoiserie one evening—both were lovely. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family of four, including a 9- and 12-year-old. We would absolutely stay here again.
Chose this hotel primarily for safety and transportation: The location is a bit farther compared to hotels near the Opera district, but that also makes it quieter and safer. Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a glass of champagne. The minibar was complimentary on the day of arrival, but the selection wasn’t appealing—we didn’t touch anything once we saw it was a sensor fridge, still wary of...

While the hotel provides a full range of high-end facilities and meets the essential standards of luxury hospitality, it falls short of the refinement and polish seen in premier Asian properties such as the Bulgari hotels. The public spaces, rooms, and amenities are well-appointed, and service is attentive, yet the overall sense of exclusivity and opulence does not fully justify the price point. Nevertheless...
Service was excellent as to be expected. We just stopped in for some hot chocolate and the three of us shared a light salad. Perfect ! Next in Paris. France is always been a destination for most travelers at some time in their lives. And of course PARIS has been the the focal point over the years and still continues to impress. The hotel is situated ideally in the center of the eighth.
The room design was mediocre. All non-alcoholic soft drinks in the room were chargeable. The pool and shower areas were unsanitary and smelly. I was very disappointed with the breakfast; it was one of the worst I've had among similar hotels. The main problem was the lack of service awareness among the restaurant staff. They would attend to new guests before I had even finished explaining what I was...
A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.
It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Xiaohongshu says that disabled rooms discriminate against Chinese people. But they also gave us an explanation, which is not very acceptable.
My stay at the Bulgari Hotel in Paris was nothing short of spectacular. I genuinely believe it's the best hotel I've experienced in Europe. Let's start with the positives: The overall facilities are top-notch for most hotels in Paris, with an elegant French style and excellent soundproofing. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!
I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.
Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security
The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.
