Amazing hotel, no issues here.

It's a little far from the tourist spots, but the station is right in front so it's easy to get around! The rooms are spacious and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured!

The location was perfect. Road construction in front of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the room and breakfast were both excellent. I'll be leaving with fond memories of France.

This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are very clean overall. There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Although the room rate is not low, the size and the quality of the room type is very good! Staff are all very helpful. Just that they double charged the city tax to my credit card but they are able to resolve within 24 hours

It's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a 5-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The bread for breakfast was especially delicious, and the milk was surprisingly hot!

The hotel is in a very good location, near Arc De Triomphe. It is quite new and modern which is not easy to find in Paris downtown.

They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained. I had to be extra careful and review everything with them, which helped in catching charging over 1500 Euros extra on my bill.. I caught that and demanded to be corrected. Lousy experience..

The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room.. A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.

It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . Returning from Northern Europe, I once again stayed at Ascott The Residence Champs-Élysées. The service was excellent, and the location was superb. Unfortunately, the on-site Imperial Treasure Chinese Restaurant had temporarily suspended its lunch and dinner service for a period, which was a bit disappointing.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!

I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.

The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry.
