The location of the hotel is very good - 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and new bridge with a great view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They have private parking in the basement and it was very useful since the traffic in Albi is very heavy.

This little gem is top notch in budget travel. Staff were super courteous and responsive. Graciously referred us to restaurants and laundromats. Breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked. Bar was lively and had good bar tenders. Such a friendly place and lots of fun with Tour de France workers there. I can travel twice as long if I stay at Ibis hotels. 😊 As a senior citizen, I found the disabled room gave me a little more space and comfort. Parking on site fir five Euro. I loved this hotel!

We stayed last night in the new 6 person rooms which have two triple bunk beds. Our 6 and 2 year old loved it (6 year old said it was his best day ever as he got to sleep in a bunk bed). Room also had two giant bean bags which they liked. For cleanliness, price and novelty factor we give it 5 stars. Best of all was friendly welcoming staff who made a fuss of our children and allowed us to have breakfast even though we had stupidly missed the time slot for the budget guests! (For management particular to note was the lovely young girl from Vietnam). Thank you Albi budget for giving us a great one night stay in Albi!

Good location near city center, room very small, comfortable, but yes - budget. There was no hair dryer. Breakfast good it is 2 types of breakfast (budget and other with more choices). Car parking inside hotel area - paid.

This ibis budget will offer you nice and clean rooms with a bit of flair in the same building as the ibis. Private parking is located onsite and is in a nice underground garage. The old centre is nearby and is easily accessed on foot, as well as a few restaurants and a supermarket. I skipped the ibis budget breakfast as I am not always very happy with their product. Overall this hotel is recommendable.

Room was clean and comfortable, but absolutely no frills. Not even a hand towel, which seems a bit much. Tiny room and ours was in the ground floor immediately beside the parking lot. In the morning, there was a car so close I could have touched it from the window. Fine for a night or two but no more.

Does everything the brand should. Spacious and comfortable room with a little extra investment in style. Convenient location for railway station, city centre and attractions. All offered at an incredibly good price. However air conditioning was either switched off or not working and we really could have done with it on a very hot evening. Seems an odd situation when the facility is there. Didn’t get as comfortable a sleep as we could have done and this brings my rating done.

The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language.
