You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s less than five minutes walk to the entrance of Carcassonne. The hotel staff are wonderful, accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortably sized. The bed is small but comfortable. The bathroom is comfortably sized.
The room was clean and well maintained. The only problem was there are no outlets near the bed to charge our modern day electronics that everybody has to have nearby all the time.
There was plenty of parking, both exterior and interior. You had to pay for the interior parking, but that’s not a bad deal.

Great location just below the Old City walls. Smallish room but well equipped, clean and air conditioned. Onsite parking, close to restaurants and bars. 24hr reception. 15 mins from Carcasonne Airport. Perfect for me. I will use again.

Modern and well maintained facilities. Spotlessly clean. Just a short walk from Porte Narbonnaise. Front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Million dollar view from outdoor breakfast terrace.

What a perfect little hotel just a few yards from the walled city. More than courteous reception and catering staff. The rooms were very clean, quiet with black out curtains which made for a great sleep. The rooms and en-suites are small but have everything you need. The option continental breakfast was very good value. So convenient . Would definitely book here again.

Incredibly friendly welcome, and great organisation at The Cite Espace hotel. The location was amazing, with some free parking on site, and so close to the ancient city walls. It took us less than 5 minutes to stroll to the gateway of the old town. The rooms were compact, but honestly, for the location and value for money we were very happy. The breakfast was very good, and superbly organised. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
