We had planned to only spend one night in Albi, but decided to stay a second. Unfortunately, the hotel we stayed in the first night was totally booked, but that hotelier arranged for a room at Saint-Antoine. It was excellent. Clean, very helpful, comfortable, well-located, off-street parking, and at a reasonable price. We lucked out!

We stayed here as with Riviera Travel. The hotel is fairly centrally located and a few minutes walk from the sights of Albi. The ground floor is very tastefully furnished and there is a secluded garden area in which to relax. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable, the room we had was small and there was no safe or fridge.We found the lack of fridge disappointing as we could not have cold drinks in the hot weather. We only had one evening meal which was enjoyable if only chicken and chips. The breakfast was adequate and was in comfortable surroundings. There are eating places within 5 minutes walk if the hotel restaurant is closed. The staff were generally friendly & helpful.

We got a warm welcome and had good info re sites to visit in Alba as well as restaurant tips. The hotel has a great safe outdoor parking at the premises has a quiet location and beautiful common areas and our room with garden view was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good and weather permitting you can enjoy the pleasant garden.

We went by car. It locates one block behind the main street, but I found it without special effort. Room is spacious & comfortable and staffs are all welcoming. Parking space is behind the building but there is no path from the entarance. With their direction, I reached there, but it's not so easy for travellers who do not about the city. We got the map, went out the hotel, and cross the main street, its old town. You can guess how convenient for sightseers.

This poor quality hotel is reported to be the best in Albi. We can't imagine what the lesser ones are like ! Saint Antoine is very run down and shocked us from the entrance already as the miserable place it turned out to be indeed. Furniture and decor are basic 1960 's, it is a very unwelcoming place in spite of the kind and very helpful reception ladies. Very much overpriced and maybe 3 stars, certainly not 4. No restaurant. The management, we guess, is cutting corners to make as much money as possible. We all know that such attitude does not work for very long in the hotel business. If hotels are so bad, why stay in Albi ? You can see the town, the Cathedral and Lautrec museum within one Day and don't need to spend the night there at all.

Clean and well situated hotel close to the historic area of Albi. The room was small but quiet with everything we needed for our stay. We had breakfast in the room each day and the staff were always very friendly. Good internet too. Only critique was that the room decor felt a bit dated but this may have been the 'boutique' look.

Lovely furnishings. Judy wants to copy the curtains. Reception staff excellent. Bed good. Location excellent. However when you have tea bags, coffee etc then you expect to find a cup to make it in. Also when you get a cup the cleaner does not take it away and leave you back at square one. Owner was informed and we had a good laugh but really . .

We spent two enjoyable nights in this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - definitely ‘going the extra mile’ which was much appreciated. Brilliant location - just a short walk to Albi’s stunning Cathedral of Saint Cecilia.

Excellent value, location, and staff
We only stayed one night, But the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Every member of the staff we met was outstanding, friendly, and helpful.
