ibis budget Béziers Est Mediterranée in Beziers

I arrived with a reservation done the day before, and when checking in they told me I did it for end of November. My mistake via Booking. I did not have a room, they were full. But they gave me a room at the hotel Ibis budget, just 50m walk, which I had to pay. Today they have reimbursed me for the one I reserved, which was not reimbursable. It took some days and one phone call but they agreed to. Good news!
I charged my electric vehicle in one of their 6 charging posts Kempower. Fantastic. I had to just approach my phone, enter the credit card and charge for a total of 2 minutes work. Speed for 70kw, really good, and fully charged my vehicle in less than 1h while having dinner. The parking is protected as later I saw a security person doing some rounds during the night.
The room at the ibis budget was better than expected. Very small, linery was the same as the ibis I booked, had two beds (80cm) and a third one on the top of the other two beds; bathroom was good and I did not hear my neighbors.
Overall, a good experience. If you have to charge your vehicle do not hesitate to do it here while having dinner. I was traveling from Italy to Spain so the hotel location made good sense.

It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive. I also hated the paper cups in the bathroom that kind of disintegrated. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been great.

Due to a motorhome breakdown, we ended up staying here for nearly two weeks.
The hotel was very comfortable and the room we had was spotlessly clean with air conditioning, especially at the time of a heatwave of 40©+.
The restaurant had a large selection of choices of food and the breakfast buffet equally as good .
There is a swimming pool and terrace to relax outside and staff always available should one require anything.
We walked to the canal du midi for picnics. It was about 30-40 minutes to walk there.
We also found the bus stop close by which had buses running frequently to take us into Beziers city for 1€ each! Really good and also we could walk to the Le Clerk supermarket in 20 minutes.
We also discovered a nearby park.
So from being stranded with no motorhome, we ended up having a hotel holiday stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed , with thanks to all the kindness and hospitality of the staff at the Ibis Hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

A great stay at the Ibis...Staff were very good and friendly especially Amrita from Mauritius. Carpet in Reception, Access to Lifts and Restaurant area very worn and not pleasing to the eye. Overall a lovely stay!

Have stayed here previously due to convenience of the hotel, always find it provides what we are looking for.

Basic but comfortable
Comfortable clean hotel 24 hr reception. Beds very comfortable. Great for a stop over enroute. Spain to UK.
