I swear I have never stayed at a worst best western hotel, they advertise air conditioning yet you can't adjust the temperature below 23° c , and even in the lobby they shut-off the air conditioning at 6 pm its so uncomfortable and cheap and as for safety standards no smoke detectors in the rooms or signs posted for no smoking 🚭 yet it's a non smoking hotel, the employees are the only saving grace in this slum, very happy to help and are professional ,yet one time I saw deep shame in there eyes when I asked for an extra towl and they ask why ? I was so taken aback I asked "what the problem was?", they went on to explain the owner makes them count the towls,the employee are true heros to work in such a disgraceful environment, I don't understand how this hotel has a 3 star rating,but it's not deserved, the price does not reflect what you would expect, I don't recommend visiting.

My wife and I went to the hotel based partly on the fact that it was a Best Western Hotel and was convenient for getting around the area by car. Well this isn't a hotel for holiday makers, it's for travelling business people. There is no atmosphere and holiday makers are a nuisance. Their customer service is very poor, rude in some cases. Their evening meals are microwaved meals slopped into a bowl. Air conditioning can only be set to 23 degrees (too hot for us) and "it's the law" that its like this - well it isn't, the bathroom was dirty and smelt bad. Breakfasts are very limited and items aren't replenished. They accused us of not paying when we left (I'd paid on arrival) and were pretty rude, ignoring us when we were talking to them to serve other customers (the important business people). Look elsewhere for accommodation. Its more Fawlty Towers than Best Western.

It's in an industrial estate an hour's walk from Beziers. Room is grim and smells of cabbage. I wouldn't recommend it. Stay in the city!

This hotel is advertised as a golf hotel. There is no golf course nearby. This hotel advertises a pool table in the lobby. There is no pool table in the lobby. However, the staff was very accommodating and helped us with our luggage upstairs since there is no elevator. We appreciated the help.

The room is very clean and spacious. There is a desk with coffee making facilities. The bathroom provides glasses for rinsing your mouth as well as towels. The welcome is excellent and the staff welcoming and professional. The lunch choice is quality and the products are good. We were passing through and we were not disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

great for a stopover
I was really pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was. We used it as a stopover and found that all the things required were present - the shower was magnificent, the bed really comfortable, the air-con worked.

We arrived without having booked. We were very well received. The room was very very functional and clean. We were able to have dinner even though we arrived late. The hotel offers hot dishes until 8:30 p.m. Breakfast was plentiful.
