Fantastic hotel for a short break with children. Very good value, excellent facilities including small but pleasant pool, table tennis and excellent clubhouse bar and restaurant. Room was clean and pleasant, with huge bed and fridge. Easy access from Montpellier on tram 3 then bus 25. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel and had a great stay !!!! Just steps from the Saint Roch train station and centrally located to centerville . The hotel is beautifully designed and modern . It has a great bar scene with a huge terrace and the service was on point! The rooms are spacious , quite , well planned and designed . Picturesque Location ! Beautiful Domaine surrounded by vast lands where horses freely roam. The bamboo trees at the entrance reminded me of the bamboo forest in Kyoto in Japan. I liked everything but I wish the breakfast was included in the price.

We stayed here in a pinch, booking and checking in at 2am. It was fantastic. The night manager was super helpful, and set us up beautifully, despite how tired we were. The bed was huge, the AC was ice cold and the room was spotless. The day manager the next day was very accommodating. We genuinely had such a great experience.

The Mercure hotel is located close to the city center and the shopping mall. It takes 15-20 minutes' walk to the old medical school. Rooms are relatively small. Comfort is basic. Breakfast is rich and of a good quality

It's not bad, the facilities are old, and there are two Mercure hotels. Google navigation is wrong. For business travel, I am generally satisfied. It would be better if the room could be bigger.

All fine, rooms are nice and staff is great. Only minus : we had an executive room located at 3rd floor. Just there is no elevator above 1st floor! So ask in advance where your room will be especially if you are not fit to climb some very twisted stairs!

Will stay here again! Very friendly staff, efficient check in and comfortable room. The ancient arcs accross from the hotel are illuminated at night and look beautiful. Althought the hotel offered breakfast for an additional fee, we decided to grab a coffee, pastries and fresh fruit at the food market accross from the hotel.

This is a most charming and quaint hotel, perfect for our 9 day stay in Paris. The staff were most helpful and very friendly. The hotel offers comfort and little extra benefits including a quiet inner garden also a sitting/ reading area.Definately reccomnend a stay here.

The fact that the entire bathroom is like a walk-in shower (with the shower near the door) means you'll be tracking water into your room (and getting your socks wet).

We booked for three single beds but ended up with one double and one single bed. The rooms weren't very clean and were poorly equipped for the price. The parking lot was quite large with plenty of space. At €100 a night, I certainly wouldn't return, even though the staff were friendly.

Can't understand the bad ratings. Of course it's not a 5* hotel. The rooms are not big but clean, modern (TV, phone, clima, WLAN) and silent. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. Breakfast (about 8€) has a good selection and looks tasty (unfortunately almost no vegan options). For the great price much better than expected.

The staffs are very kind and the service was good. But there were not many outlets in the room where I stayed. The location is great because it is near St.roche station. The street was little bit noisy until the midnight maybe because there are a live music club. If you are sensitive, you had better to bring earplugs.

Quiet respite near to City Centre. We stayed four nights at this lovely hotel right outside the city centre. Our room on second floor had a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the birds and trees. Our hosts were always helpful, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect gem! Free parking on site, and the hotel is so relaxing and charming. It keeps the beauty of the old building but updates enough for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy, and they spoke perfect English, always a treat. We loved the area and took a few strolls to see some sites at the doorstep.

Cosy place to stay in Montpellier. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They also had good AC - helpful for summer months. There is not much immediately next to the hotel, so you will need to walk to the heart of the old town.

The Hotel Acapulco comprises three floors of what were the servant's quarters in a beautiful bourgeois house well located near central Montpellier. It is about three minutes away from tramway line #1, and you can get to the train station and the universities in ten minutes or less on the tram. if you remember the maid's rooms in Downton Abbey then you will have a very good notion of what the rooms...

A little Oasis. A tranquil bamboo lined walled garden which is secured at night gives this place a secure feel. It is a little tired but most places have been battered by a down turn caused by Covid. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, sheets were spotless, coffee was hot and free....wot is not to like. Stairs might put some off but I would certainly stay again.

Biggest plus is the AC and private bathroom. Wifi is basically non existent unless you’re in the garden area but watch out for mosquitoes. Receptionist is very nice and helpful. Also, it’s a little hard to find for the first time going there.

Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations. Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at this top-rung hotel. Given the overall pricing tier of the Chateau & Relais, the staff while friendly, at times seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps better training will help.
