I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.

I initially had a concern that left me somewhat dissatisfied. However, Valentin handled the matter with great professionalism and genuine care. He listened attentively, addressed the issue respectfully, and managed to turn my dissatisfaction into complete satisfaction. Marriott is Marriott after all; it lived up to its brand value in every aspect. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the rooms was a little poor, but otherwise it was very good.

We had an outstanding experience dining at the JW Marriott in Cannes. Not only is the setting exquisite, we had terrific service from Mustapha. He made sure our entire experience was fantastic and communicated with us in 4 different languages. We are grateful for our time in Cannes and would absolutely recommend asking for Mustapha when you visit!

My wife and I came here for 5 nights for a “babymoon” celebration, and could not have picked a better location! I had an amazing stay at the Trianon Palace Versailles: room was big and clean, team members went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, food was amazingly good. The pictures advertised for the room that we booked didn’t match the real room that we received. Instead of a cute little terrace, we got a weird half window. They tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an upgrade when we didn’t receive a proper room to begin with. Leaving it after a night stay. I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel.
