Great location, right near the metro and a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Good facilities and clean rooms. However staff were very rude and did not want to help you. They seemed to hate us asking if they could speak English (which we asked in French) and pretty much told my friend she was speaking too much. Although the basic satisfaction level was high, the water flow in the sink was poor, so I asked for it to be repaired, but as it was in the evening, the repair was done the next day, and I had to eat dinner in that state.

One inconvenience of the family room is that it has two floors, and the bathroom is on the second floor. There is no bathroom on the first floor, so it is actually inconvenient for the whole family to go up and down the stairs.

Very close to the airport. Surprisingly, there was shuttle buss service to and from hotel. There is a Pizza food truck keep your tummy filled when you are hungry at night just right in from of the hotel. Highly recommended

Not as nice as the photos but fairly close to the airport good for a layover if there’s nothing comparable available at the airport, it Will cost you a Few euros to and from the airport. They do offer a shuttle for a fee. Nine euros will get you sweet and savoury breakfast.

Perfect for a two star hotel. This is one of the hotels used by Air France when your flight is cancelled/delayed. The corridors don’t look great but the rooms themselves are actually fine. Comfortable bed and two towels. Small hairdryer. Fine for one night. I wouldn’t bother paying €9,50 for the breakfast. It’s literally some cereal, yogurts, bread (no toaster) and some pain au chocolats.

A very comfortable and spacious place, and the price felt quite reasonable. The room is a bit small, but it has everything you need and is very comfortable to stay in. It’s also quite close to the airport—the best way to get there is by taking bus number 27.

We were very happy and surprised by the size of our room. We had not taken the breakfast, so we have no comment on the food. We thought that 18,50 euros for breakfast was a bit too expensive for people who do not eat much in the morning.

Very nice place and very good price

It says on the app 5 euro per service for the airport shuttle . They asked 20 euro. Upon arrival we waited 1 hour and half for the shuttle and never showed up. We tried calling the phone was not working. We were told that they had issue with there phone service

Right next to the SNCF station so location was great, hotel was clean and customer service was good - especially the lady at the counter as she was very welcoming and friendly. Not much facilities honestly, I didn't like how the lights are all off when no one is there, understand its for energy saving purposes but it is quite creepy to walk out the corridor with no lights... Overall the experience...

Rooms is modern, acceptable-clean, bright minimalist style. Bed is on the firm side but very supportive (great for people with back issue) Powerful air-conditioning (a lifesaver in summer), and surprisingly good soundproofing for a station hotel. You can still hear trains during the day, but after 10 pm it gets very quiet.

I had the temerity to book 6:00 flight to Paris, but this hotel is so much in the vicinity of the airport that I barely headed off the tribulation to get up early. On top of that the cafeteria is neat and tidy enough. Thank you very much.
