This hotel was really good for 3 stars , this is close to Lille town, shopping mall like Westfield , there is a tram in front of the hotel. You can buy ticket next to the tram stop. It’s two stops from hotel to Westfield , town and some few sighting etc. Some places you can walk around 10-20 mins.

The hotel is in a very convenient location: two team stops or a 20 minutes walk from the city center.
The staff speaks English.
The room is clean but it could definitely benefit from a refresh: marks on the walls and torn wallpaper show little care for it.
It's great that they have a parking space not on the street but it's entrance is very narrow. Coming in from a narrow street with someone parked on the opposite side, getting in requires quite a few manouvers

Disappointed with room size. Room was kept lovely and clean. Shower head only had one setting. One bed very squeaky. Loose legs. Staff Friendly.

Only downside is the parking access is incredibly narrow. A warning should be given.

We were happy with everything. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice. Rooms were clean. Great breakfast. The only thing that wasn't mentioned anywhere was that parking costs an extra €10. And there were plenty of parking spaces nearby on a Saturday.

Neat, tidy rooms, a nice breakfast, and with a tram stop outside it's only ten minutes from Lille Flanders. Great little hotel.
