I booked 2 economy rooms. I would have never imagine that an economy room meant the horrible conditions that I encountered when I walked in to the room. The carpets were dirty and stained. The curtains were horribly dingy. The walls were scratched and peeling. The bathroom shower floor was dirty. It seemed like a jail cell. The room was nothing like the pictures shown on the website. An economy room in a 3 star hotel should live up at the least to the standards of 3 stars, this seems like a 1 star room. I actually considered just leaving and not staying the night. We were horribly disappointed. The location instead was perfect. What a shame…

Rooms are too small, no tea, coffee, jug, or even a glass. Never had such poor facilities.

The photos of the hotel beautiful, the rooms have a nice balcony looking into a nice courtyard. This is all true, and so is the excellent location. The staff were good.

The hotel is also excellent value. Not surprisingly, the room is very small, and the bathroom is the smallest I've ever experienced in continental Europe. The rooms are comfortable, but tired. The air con is good.

My biggest issue was the breakfast. It was quite expensive and was appalling, little to no variety, nothing hot and the quality was average at best.

It was a great night, with a clean room, a nice balcony which added a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel room, and the warm welcoming and very friendly dealing from the receptionists Charles and Julia , and I hope to come back to this hotel again as I really liked the city

We stayed with the 3 of us and everything was good in this hotel. Airco worked well, the room was spacious and comfortable. Reception was friendly and always helpful.

It’s a very charming boutique hotel.
The rooms are nice and well equipped. The hotel team very welcoming, the service perfect.
The location is great; next to the beach and the luxury shops.
Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great location with beautiful area outside. Quite peaceful. The room was small but with nice balcony. The service was great. Lovely welcome from Charles. The breakfast very basic. The only suggestion I have is to add bottled water, kettle and selection of tea/coffee in the room. I struggled with this I must say. I have never been to any accommodation without water in a room. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay, thank you.

Pros: Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good location. The room was in the hotel garden. Cons: hungry mosquitos coming from hotel garden and no mosquito nets on the window.

The room is very tight. We had to adapt it a bit to be able to leave two small bags open during our stay. The bathroom was quite weird because the toilet is in one room and the shower to the other side of the room.
The breakfast was ok a part that we missed fresh fruit. The best points were location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
