Hotel basic but clean as was the bedroom which had a comfy bed ( less so the pillows).
Very helpful polite staff: on check in quickly changing my room due the room safe not working.
Also let me leave case on checkout for collection later.
No breakfast to speak of: croissant and coffee. No lift.
Good for main tram link to the shops/airport and beach ( also walkable in 20 minutes)

The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. We needed a lot of info about the area and requested several things and they were very accommodating. The location is great. The area can be a little noisy when garbage trucks come through at odd hours or people are on the street late at night, but ear plugs help. Overall the room was comfortable, but very tight in space. The pictures online look much bigger.

The location was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. The online pictures were misleading. My room was in disrepair. The whole hotel smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, including the room. If I hadn’t already prepaid, I would have changed hotels.

Property location was great, right off the main *****, not far from the beaches or old nice. The air conditioning worked very well.

The rooms were still dirty and had some damage to the door. We were moved to another room which wasnt much better. There were some small bugs.

It was a very budget hotel. It would be fine if you are solo or arent expecting any amenities.

room is small, but service is veri good. the location is almost the center of all routes. it is easy to go beach, train station and bus stop for outside of Nice, just 15 minutes walk distance.

Stood here for 2 nights and it was a nice hotel for what I paid and needed. I came early on a bus from Barcelona so I was tired as can be. Luckily I was able to check in when i got there and that alone is great points in my book. The room was basic but okay for a one person room. (Twin bed) bathroom was an okay size too. Tiles were falling off from the shower and that's all I noticed wrong with the room. The location is walkable to the center and in a what seemed like a good area. Over all nice stay for what I needed and paid for.
