Located in nice, 700 metres from the promenade des Anglais and 400 m from the railway station nice, 2.5 km from the exhibition centre Acropolis, 7 km from the international airport nice côte d'azur.

Please note that the building is old and there are no amenities. They were able to store our luggage before and after check-in.

The room appeared considerably more worn than depicted in the photos. The kitchen was unclean and emitted an old grease odor. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable, rendering it unusable. Additionally, there was no hand soap provided near the toilet sink. During our stay, my partner and I both experienced multiple significant bites during the night. To make matters worse, we discovered small insects in the bed that resembled bed bugs. When we brought these issues to the attention of the reception staff, they did not seem surprised and appeared indifferent to our concerns.

The location was very central to key attractions. The reception was very friendly and we kept our bags to store room after we checked out. The room was tidy and comfortable. Only down side was there was no water bottle and no proper shampoo. Would recommend it and hope to stay again.

We stayed here for one night. The room was suitable and we could cook our own meals. We checked in late and didn't answer the phone call because of the noisy environment. Thank you very much, Mr. AKHMED, for waiting for us until we checked in! ! It is highly recommended for family travel! There are restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. ❤️❤️❤️
