Good location. Next to the train station. Tram, buses and lots of restaurants around. Monoprix in 2 minutes. Nice front desk service. Warm and bright room!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, tidy, and bright. The staff are friendly and polite, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The hotel also has an elevator, which made for a great experience! Highly recommended!

Great location ad friendly staffs. Bread Shop and central shopping center area is nearby. good access to tram and trains for airport and monaco

Small hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat.
The overall stay was good we love it.

While this may be unavoidable given the building's age and structure, the noise, vibrations, and drainage sounds from the floors above and below were quite bothersome. Also, while it's understandable given the location, the apartment building across the street faces the terrace, forcing me to keep my curtains closed even during the day.
The noise was so bad that it was difficult to fall asleep even late at night.
The worst part was the poor toilet placement, making it difficult to even sit down to relieve myself. (Photo attached)
Also, even if I bought a cold drink, there was no refrigerator, so it quickly became lukewarm, which was disappointing considering the hot weather.

Great location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi.
Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor.
Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :)

I have to use a blanket as it’s too cold in the room. I have to turn up the air conditioner because of the cold weather in nice.
