We stayed for a week in this residence, booked through Lagrange.
The location is excellent, close to everything. The option to reserve a parking space for an extra charge is a really convenient feature. The pool is large, clean, and has plenty of sun loungers. The residence is quiet. It's a shame there aren't any parasols, and that access to the pool is via a complicated and winding path outside of reception opening hours.
Regarding the accommodation, we had a problem with the air conditioning on the first day. I would like to thank the reception staff who first arranged for us to be moved to a different room, and then quickly repaired the air conditioning.
However, a condiment kit (salt, pepper) and a cleaning kit (cleaning products, sponge, dish soap) in the accommodation would be a nice addition.

I came as a teenager to this residence in 2004, then I returned in 2007 and it was damaged, dirty and moldy in the bathroom, the dishes were damaged. Today, I see that the decor hasn't changed, I can't even imagine the state of the mattresses, wow, that scares me, I feel that I'm not going to rent for April because I'm too scared to be disappointed! Lagrange is no more :( Too bad because the location is great

Good place to stay, the only negative thing is the wifi to pay 7euros per day. Position is ok, flat is beautifull and big

Nice complex, lots to do and beach is 300m away. Short trip via bus (35min or car 20min) to St Tropez.

Excellent, very clean. Good location. Very happy with the apartment I was in (Cap Ferrat 1, apt B08).
