This hotel was nice, the food was very delicious, the rooms were a bit dusty and dirty (we found someone elses hair in the bed). The pools were overall nice, the indoor one was cold, the outer one even colder. There was also a kids place were kids could paint and dance. The beach was also nice, i found some fossils and you could see batumi from there!
Very good location and clean beach. Quite good room. Unfortunately the temperature on air conditioning system couldn't be adjusted, just on or off was possible. Mattress was worn out on one side, so you slipped down. Service in restaurants really slow. We had to wait more than two hours for chatschapuri.

Amazing location right in fron of the sea. The outdoor pool makes it even better . The hotel was very clean we quite enjoyed our stay. However I’d recommend the receptionists to smile more.

Stay in hotel for week in July 2024. room was very spacious with enormous balcony. Room was clean and towels change every day. breakfast Cost €5 it’s good value for money. If you have any questions or problems, you can ask owner of hotel for help. No many European hotels, you can see such dedication like this!!!!
This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

Thanks to the host David. Very good hotel almost european service. The beach in the minute distance. Beach towels can be changed after each visit, the staff is always good-naturedly always waiting for guests. I recommend the average price for Condori.
