Stayed here with a friend, and we honestly loved it. It felt really cozy and friendly, like we were truly welcome. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of green space and little spots to sit and relax. Everything was neat and well-maintained. Stay in hotel for week in July 2024. room was very spacious with enormous balcony. Room was clean and towels change every day. breakfast Cost €5 it’s good value for money. If you have any questions or problems, you can ask owner of hotel for help. No many European hotels, you can see such dedication like this!!!!
This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

Nice hotel with great staff, decent size rooms and free breakfast. Pool was big with a shallow part also for kids. Unfortunately it was a bit cold. Free parking on premises. Price was ok, but the hotel is further away from city center, but near the beach.

My family was traveling to Georgia for the first time and we picked this hotel based on the recommendations of our friends. It is an incredible place to stay! I want to mention that the staff is friendly, caring and supportive. Before landing to Georgia i decided to keep in touch with the hotel to check on transfer availability from the train station in Kobuleti to the hotel. Reception replied literally...

Chateau Kvirike Kobuleti is a lovely hotel! Friendly manager Georgi made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Great breakfast and dinner. Thanks to the most good-natured staff, as well as the hotel owner, David, who tries to accommodate everyone, even the youngest guests of his hotel, as comfortably as possible :-). Breakfast is delicious and different every day, daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels. Underground parking, the gates of which are opened at any time when you ask (Batumi and I came at 12 at night several times...
Thanks to the host David. Very good hotel almost european service. The beach in the minute distance. Beach towels can be changed after each visit, the staff is always good-naturedly always waiting for guests. I recommend the average price for Condori.
