We were in a luxury room. The view is perfect, everything is clean and the kitchen is super. There is also parking) one minus in the bedroom there is no air conditioning (one air conditioner is not enough for two rooms. The staff is warm and positive) the pool is clean! In a word, I liked it! If you like to relax to the fullest, this is the hotel for you ❤️💯

Friends, please take into account that high-class hotels do not have the right to allow strangers onto the hotel premises, especially during a pandemic. We would like to tell you about the situation that we witnessed. About 10 days ago three girls ran into our hotel. The girls diligently asked to go to the toilet to change into their swimsuits. Naturally, our administration explained to the girls that there are public toilets nearby, 5 meters from the hotel, where they can change clothes. And our administrator has no right to skip them. The girls behaved defiantly and hostilely. The administrator went to the meeting and said that she would ask management for permission. While the administrator was away, the girl ran into the hotel restroom without asking and did her business. Naturally, the hotel owners were against such a visit, what if these girls were sick with Covid? And then, the most interesting thing!!! At the sight of the owners, the girls ran out of the hotel and dropped their not-so-fresh underwear. All the hotel guests who were nearby laughed at them and their cries that they would take revenge.

My family was traveling to Georgia for the first time and we picked this hotel based on the recommendations of our friends. It is an incredible place to stay! I want to mention that the staff is friendly, caring and supportive. Before landing to Georgia i decided to keep in touch with the hotel to check on transfer availability from the train station in Kobuleti to the hotel. Reception replied literally within an hour with detailed information. On the day of arrival we were welcomed and felt at home.
Breathtaking view from the hotel window is another advantage of the hotel. The location is strategic and close to many restaurants, wine houses and beach.
Definitely our fav place to stay! Thank you so much!

Medea Tshkhvariashvili, you have never stayed at this hotel and have never booked a room. What a shame to write a lie about the most famous hotel in Kobuleti. Hospitality is in the blood of the Georgian people and in this hotel, everyone will feel it for themselves. Just book in advance, the hotel is always booked in advance. And your statement that you do not recommend opening the door to say hello is untrue. Since the doors in this hotel are always open for guests. It’s a shame to throw mud and write lies. Visit this hotel first. And then you will be ashamed of your words. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel.🥰🥰🥰

Hotel is nice but owner and all personnel is horrible including waitress in the kitchen except front desk people...absolutely rude, zero service and negative atmosphere!!! Strongly suggest not to go there if you want to relax...!!!
