Hotels with beach in Kobuleti

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere

She helped me a lot during my visit and thanks to her recommendations and support, I truly enjoyed my stay, the food and the spa facilities. Her warm and professional approach made a real difference

It was a great hotel. Especially the food in the main restaurant was good, indoor swimming pool was nice with a good view for the sunset and we got a nice attention for our birthday, many thanks to the staff!

I was particularly surprised that coffee was charged as an extra. I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels, and everywhere else coffee, as well as drinks at the bar during breakfast, were included in the room rate

I had a wonderful stay at Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa. Special thanks to Lanha from the reception team for her kindness, positive attitude and exceptional assistance

For a hotel of this standard, this seems very strange. Overall, it gives the impression that the hotel does not live up to its claimed 5-star rating. In my view, it is a good, but solid, 3-star hotel

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable

But most 5 star hotels are 25 years old and this hotel was amazing, especially for its price! $50 a day, for winter season

I wouldn’t compare it to other 5star hotels. 5 star means probably having pool, massage, fitness etc

The central part of the mirror in the bathroom remained steam-free after the shower which was something new for me: I was quite impressed with that

The overall quality of the hotel was above what you generally find in Georgia in every way: we would happily stay here again

They have a zero percent beer option in the fridge which is good to know

the food at the restaurant was fabulous as too was the wholesome breakfast. very nice property under 1 km found the beach! Winery on property with very reasonable prices!!!

I am very happy with my stay at Chateau Kvirike. Great hospitality, delicious Georgian cuisine. Beautiful retro style exterior. Special thanks to Mariam ❤️ We were able to get Acharuli Khachapuri master classes.

So cozy and nice atmosphere ❤️❤️ all staffs are friendly with smiling faces and always ready to help. Also this place will be comfortable for family. Very safe and full of environment super place for relaxing

Chateau Kvirike Kobuleti is a lovely hotel! Friendly manager Georgi made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The winery was quaint and interesting and we truly enjoyed the wines we bought there

I have lived in Georgia for 8 years so I have visited many restaurants in different areas of Georgia. Hotel Chateau Kvirike has a superb restaurant mostly because of their excellent employees

The best place to enjoy for weekends. Good experience lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. Full of entertainment as billiards, tennis, winery, old cars and nice swimming pool

Breakfast is really nice and on request you can get diner, which is also great! Swimming pool is spotless, same as the rest of the hotel. The private beach is really clean and beds and sunshades are always there

Very lovely place. Possibility to choose only breakfast or three time meals. Own swimming pool, almost private beach, parking place and transportation to and from airport. Awesome host and attentive personal.

Lifeguards on the beach are doing a good job. We really loved our stay and maybe we will return even for some more days this holidays:)

The positive reviews about this hotel are real. Very attentive and helpful staff, cleanliness, order and beauty. We got a chic room, as ordered, with a view of the sea. There are no comments in the dining room either

If you want their help they will do their best, if you want to be left alone they will do that. The family apartment is really big! Two big bedrooms, a living, a small kitchen and all with airconditioning

I found a couple of them hidden behind bedsite tables. Slow and sometimes unstable Wi-Fi. Water from the AC flows right on the floor of the balcony. So you're always have a puddle out there

Great place to stay ♥️🔥

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

Stayed in the older rooms but it was clean and good. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Dogs a bonus.

A positive aspect of the rooms is the incredible view of the Black Sea from the balconies: the hotel is just a few meters from the beach, so the location is a big plus

Georgia is certainly a less developed country than Western and European countries, so the quality standards are different. From what I gathered during my experience, this hotel is good quality by Georgian standards

As mentioned, there are two swimming pools, which is definitely a plus; The only thing is, I don't know how clean they are or what the hygiene standards are. I just noticed that the water has a lot of chlorine

Overall, however, I had a good time. The most important thing in a trip for me is the experience. Georgia is a beautiful country, and what I think is fundamental is the ability to adapt!

The hotel itself is well-designed and very large, with two swimming pools and a dining room. Speaking of food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style

It's great environment cozy and Nice place to stay at it's in the middle of the city but in a quiet place in front of it there is green park and it's 10 20. Meters away from the sea

Hotel "Green house" is located close to the sea. The hotel is designed for families and children. Children can ask for a supplement. The staff always makes concessions. The rooms have everything you need to relax

The host kindly serves up coffee. Such care about vacationers is pleasant. For groups of children, they even provided a free trip to the arboretum (educational excursion)

In this hotel you can spend a wonderful vacation, combining with excursions. The children had a lot of good impressions

One of the best hotels that I've been. Friendly people, nice accomodation. Perfect location near to the Sea. Well maintained garden.Clean and tidy.

Excellent. Owner is a brilliant person

Modern and clean. The food is great!

Very nice house! From the room we could see and hear the sea😍 A big surprise at arrival when we found out Yuri Gagarin had lived there😵.

I like the location of the hotel very much. I loved the view from our room.. The place itself is very clean and well-equipped.

Great spot on the water not far from center. Staff was very helpful.

And we were right! A great place on the outskirts of town for a relaxing family vacation. No unpleasant odors of dampness or mustiness. A good beach is a 5-minute walk away

The beach has small pebbles, so you don't need slippers to enter the water. The hotel itself has a kitchen on the 3rd floor with everything you need

Wonderful hotel, hospitable host and staff. Everything is clean, comfortable, large room, comfortable shower and a large balcony overlooking (well, almost) the sea, where it's just cool to sit in the evening

Our family stayed here twice: in mid-June 2024, en route to Turkey, and in early July 2024, en route back from Turkey. Before our first stay, we checked out about 10 guesthouses and chose this one

The hotel owner is simply amazing! He is hospitable, always happy to help and offer advice. We initially stayed in a single room, and the next day he upgraded us to a room with a sea view

After the first night, without hesitation, they extended another 2 and would have stayed further, but the room was already taken ( Definitely one of the best hotels on the coast!

Pros: - cleaning! Just super, every other day there are always fresh towels, and your things will be folded neatly. On the one hand it is beautiful, but if you cannot sleep with noise, then this is not for you

I stayed at the Medusa Hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel owner Medea, together with her team, created an atmosphere of warmth, kindness, attention and understanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable

There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. All the windows of the rooms overlook the sea and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The food is delicious and varied

I would like to thank Medea for her love for her work and wish her and her team health and happiness. Thank you very much for everything

Doesn't like guests (which is not typical for Georgia and is very strange). There are three networks in the hotel - none of them work well. If you want to be connected to the Internet, buy a Georgian SIM card

The noise from the sea was quite strong when there was a storm: even the beds shook from the impacts) - cheese for breakfast, buns. Of the pros, all the Cons: - one huge minus is the hostess Medea
