This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

Very pleasant and clean environment, cozy rooms, outdoor seating in the inner courtyard, small restaurant with home cooking. The owner is extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. I recommend the Smak Hotel in Kobuleti. The host, Gochi, is incredibly welcoming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, plasma TVs (in every room), and very fast internet. It's just 5 minutes from the sea. I definitely recommend the Smak Hotel for a family vacation!

A small guesthouse close to the sea, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The owner met us at the train station with fruit and wine as a welcome gift. The room is simple, but has everything you need. The only downside is the shower isn't a separate cubicle, just a drain in the restroom, and the floor is often wet and takes a long time to dry.
