Spa-Hotels in Kobuleti

We stayed at the Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa in Kobuleti (24.06-30.06). Our impressions were mixed. On the plus side, I’d like to mention the excellent work of the housekeeping staff. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, the bed linen and towels were changed regularly, and the room was always clean and pleasant. I’d also like to thank the staff by the pool – they were very polite, attentive and...

I had a wonderful stay at Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa. Special thanks to Lanha from the reception team for her kindness, positive attitude and exceptional assistance. She helped me a lot during my visit and thanks to her recommendations and support, I truly enjoyed my stay, the food and the spa facilities. Her warm and professional approach made a real difference. I look forward to returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great hotel. Especially the food in the main restaurant was good, indoor swimming pool was nice with a good view for the sunset and we got a nice attention for our birthday, many thanks to the staff!

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comfort you need. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. A...

It is definitely the best hotel in the Adjara region.

Liked: - The hotel itself is good and beautiful. - Rooms are large and cozy. - The restaurant is high-level, with tasty and varied dishes. Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline. - Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is...

Nice place to stay, wonderful sea view, we loved it) Special thanks for the gift! Wine and fruits ❤️ is exactly what you need in Georgia

Super view gorgeous sea 🌊 awesome breakfast

A good hotel near the sea, tasty and inexpensive food, polite staff, clean, spacious rooms.

Friends, please take into account that high-class hotels do not have the right to allow strangers onto the hotel premises, especially during a pandemic. We would like to tell you about the situation that we witnessed. About 10 days ago three girls ran into our hotel. The girls diligently asked to go to the toilet to change into their swimsuits. Naturally, our administration explained to the girls that...

Medea Tshkhvariashvili, you have never stayed at this hotel and have never booked a room. What a shame to write a lie about the most famous hotel in Kobuleti. Hospitality is in the blood of the Georgian people and in this hotel, everyone will feel it for themselves. Just book in advance, the hotel is always booked in advance. And your statement that you do not recommend opening the door to say hello...

My family was traveling to Georgia for the first time and we picked this hotel based on the recommendations of our friends. It is an incredible place to stay! I want to mention that the staff is friendly, caring and supportive. Before landing to Georgia i decided to keep in touch with the hotel to check on transfer availability from the train station in Kobuleti to the hotel. Reception replied literally...

Nice place 💫 Rooms with wonderful view . Nice service and breakfasts . Hotel has big garden and outdoor restaurant. Nice spa service also. We were with two times here and same emotion, same experience. They also have small train to drop on the beach

Nice environment, average breakfast

Beautiful view, but the area seemed small to me. There are 10 sun loungers on the beach. But there were no more people. The room is clean, but the style is a bit old. In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis. There is a good choice for breakfast, everything you need is there...

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The dishes were excellent. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap. But I was surprised how good it was. I started with the traditional Georgian tomato salad (great sauce). I ordered it with walnuts. When I didn’t see them, I assumed they forgot to add...

Pros: Lovely location, great view, good spa, friendly staff, nice rooms, tasty food in the restaurant. Cons: Insects in the bedroom and a scorpion in the bathroom. A dead spider discovered in a salad (all of these during just 2 nights stay).

I think this hotel needs restoration. Because of dampness many thing was already damaged. I did not like food in their restaurant. it was not bad, but was not good too. it was normal. Location is perfect, they have amazing views.

The reception staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was very comfortable and well-designed; it was a shame we were only staying one night. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we absolutely enjoyed what we ate: it was also surprisingly well-priced. The breakfast was very good: well-presented, plentiful and tasted great. They have a zero percent beer option in the fridge...

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. Its a brand new hotel. The rooms are clean and good. Bathroom is clean and modern. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable. As last.. the breakfast was amazing. I wouldn’t compare it to other 5star hotels. 5 star means probably having pool, massage...

The hotel isn't customer-oriented. The Russian-speaking staff refused to speak Russian to us, and one young man even told us to our face, "I don't speak Russian." On the very first day, we couldn't get beach towels; there weren't any! How could that be? At breakfast, it felt like the staff either couldn't cope or didn't want to. The tables weren't set, there were simply no napkins or salt. There weren...

Overall, I liked everything. What needs to be improved is the beach area. Install awnings. Update the mattresses on the sun loungers.

Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel is a true oasis for those who want to combine comfort, quality service, and proximity to the sea. We really liked how clean, spacious, and cozy it is here. Daily cleaning and the attentiveness of the staff make the stay carefree. The delicious cuisine at the restaurant and the beautiful view from the window are especially worth noting. However, it is important to know...

I really liked the hotel! Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction...

They have great hospitality, the pool is quite nice, and the food is also very good. I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay, will be back bopefully. Loved the room, the service, the cleaners, the balcony, and Lana!

Best restrong, delishes food ...wine 🍷🍷 best and singer super...

Food was really good. We tried a lot of dishes and everything was delicious. There was a little problem with english but what for are translators. You should try.

Great place, with delicious food, nice service and friendly staff

10/10 Hotel! wow what a place! we didn‘t know the hotel before but upon arrival it became clear that we hit the jackpot. it feels like home and you‘re also treated like a family member. we liked it so much, that we spontaneously decided to stay 3 more days (6 in total). the rooms are nice, tidy and even in hot summer nights you‘ll get a good night of sleep. they have a in-house restaurant which will...

Stayed here with a friend, and we honestly loved it. It felt really cozy and friendly, like we were truly welcome. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of green space and little spots to sit and relax. Everything was neat and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, bright, and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great, fresh sheets and towels every day. The location is super convenient...

Stay in hotel for week in July 2024. room was very spacious with enormous balcony. Room was clean and towels change every day. breakfast Cost €5 it’s good value for money. If you have any questions or problems, you can ask owner of hotel for help. No many European hotels, you can see such dedication like this!!!!

This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

Staff is Very friendly, Food is very delicious, rooms is just a good, and the hot dog maker boy is very cute :))

Nice hotel with great staff, decent size rooms and free breakfast. Pool was big with a shallow part also for kids. Unfortunately it was a bit cold. Free parking on premises. Price was ok, but the hotel is further away from city center, but near the beach.

Cozy, clean, beautiful! Definitely the best hotel for our family! Very convenient with small children! We'll be back again ❤️

Newly built hotel with a beautiful and modern design. Rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped with whatever you may need including a washing machine and a full kitchen setup. The hotel also has a wonderful pool and an outdoor space for kids. Every member of the staff was lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is slightly further in the city but not so that it's uncomfortable. A very quiet location...

The hotel is newly opened, and some rooms and amenities are still under construction. It's a four-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, the furnishings are high-quality, and the pool is large and clean. There's an indoor parking garage and the sea is within walking distance.

A great new hotel just a short walk from the beach. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and polite, always ready to assist. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would recommend for couples or families looking for a relaxing vacation in Kobuleti.

A very cozy and stylish hotel! Everything is new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The view from the window is stunning. The staff is simply amazing. Thank you, Meloso, for the comfort and care. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel overall is good. In my room the bathroom was very bad, no shelves to put belongings on and shower tap was too damaged to regulate hot and cold water. Worst of all is the location of hotel. It is across the big restaurant, which made terrible noise practically whole night, couldn't sleep a second. Left the hotel next day. Please keep in mind that in summer it is impossible to sleep here (unfortunately...

Good hotel with kind and polite staff. The room was clean but there were some spots in the bedroom. The hotel is located near the Kobuleti Park, so it is very noisy all the time - especially, rooms with front view. There are also some restaurant and lounge/ bars so there is music all the time from the morning to the 3-4am. I am not recommend if you have little child. Otherwise, hotel is good, breakfast...

Not often can you give a 5/5 to a place in georgia, but this one is a gem based on price/location/quality. Our stay was three days, which we really enjoyed. It is a cozy place on the first line along the Kobuleti main boulevard, very close to the beach and other social places. It has a restoran on 6th floor with a great mountain view and a good breakfast variety, where you can order dishes till late...

Brand new hotel, with super clean and comfortable rooms, great location and friendly staff! Highly recommended! 🤗

Gorgeous hotel! The rooms have absolutely everything you need. Wonderful stylish design with an internal open staircase overlooking the mountains, an elevator. The hotel is located opposite the amusement park and restaurants, the sea is a stone's throw away. Many thanks for the warmth and care to the hospitable and sincere owners of the hotel !!!

Incredible hotel with super comfortable beds and a great location on the best zone of Kobuleti. No breakfast service unfortunately and there is a noisy music playing on the opposite side until early morning.

This is best place near the sea where you can enjoy peace or have fun. It depends on your mood. In the evenings you can walk under Kiwi 🥝 trees. It's worth everything 🥰🥰🥰🥰

These are excellent guesthouses for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Situated away from the bustling city center, everything you need is within walking distance. You can cook for yourself, or you can go to the family-run café at the complex across the garden, where you can find real kiwis! The hosts were welcoming, didn't ask for any deposits, and checked us in quickly. The room was a little dirty...

We had a family vacation; it was a great place, everything worked. We ran into a problem with the lock, but it was resolved very quickly. The house is on the second line, but there's direct access to the sea through the first line.

The place is excellent 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Very close to the sea, anyone who loves the sea and the beach will enjoy it. The main entrance is from the back street, it's good, it's not crowded. And there's a private parking space for your car, and the street that leads to the sea is a footpath that takes you to the other street. The service is very excellent and interactive all the time. I will repeat the visit.

Best place to spend your vacation with friends and family. Rooms are very cute, cozy and comfortable.

This is best place near the sea where you can enjoy peace or have fun. It depends on your mood. In the evenings you can walk under Kiwi 🥝 trees. It's worth everything 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Clean hotel in a unique area. Personnel are friendly. Food is great.

It was very good trip. I want to say thank you to Giorgi and Giorgi from the front desk 🙏They were so polite. Also Zaza from the wine cellar , he was amazing 🫶❤️

I am very happy with my stay at Chateau Kvirike. Great hospitality, delicious Georgian cuisine. Beautiful retro style exterior. Special thanks to Mariam ❤️ We were able to get Acharuli Khachapuri master classes.

Lovely quiet place with a nice pool, excellent service and a good price quality. Also an own wine cellar to taste and buy own produced wines. Fun to see and do.

Lovely place. I have enjoyed with my wife. So cozy and nice atmosphere ❤️❤️ all staffs are friendly with smiling faces and always ready to help. Parking area is comfortable. Also this place will be comfortable for family. Very safe and full of environment super place for relaxing

The best place to enjoy for weekends. We have stayed for 2 nights. Very cozy and lovely hotel. Staffs are so friendly. Good experience lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. Full of entertainment as billiards, tennis, winery, old cars and nice swimming pool.

Spacious, and very clean with very friendly staff. It was also a great value for money.

+ Clean, quiet and comfortable room with great(!) martess, pillows and a large spacious closet. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious brekfasts. Nice courtyard with a pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. - There are no extra electrical outlets (sockets). I found a couple of them hidden behind bedsite tables. Slow and sometimes unstable Wi-Fi. Water from the AC flows right on the floor of the balcony....

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

so luxury and beautiful hotel! lovely place

This hotel is the best!! The staff is amazing, they really help with everything you need. This hotel is a smaller hotel, which gives you all the attention you want without being pushy. If you want their help they will do their best, if you want to be left alone they will do that. The family apartment is really big! Two big bedrooms, a living, a small kitchen and all with airconditioning. The balcony...

The cozy atmosphere is just great

Noice hotel, thank you very much

Everything is excellent!! I recommend staying here to everyone!❤️

Very good Hotel, very kind service, high quality service, very clean and organized. Love Kiparisi❤

Nice clean rooms. Loooove the pool.

Very good location, very helpful and careful manager and team. The hotel is owner-managed and he cares a lot about his guests. The large pool is a very good alternative to a stormy sea - you can have a nice day independent to the weather. The google map does not show the narrow passage to the seaside directly opposite to the hotel - you have only a short walk to the beach. The animators are taking...

I'd give it five stars for the price/quality ratio. The hotel is clean, the renovations are average but high-quality. The hosts are unobtrusive and polite. The sea is 5 minutes away. There are cafes, street food, and shops nearby. I recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Bicycles can be stallen in the garage. Small terras to sit outside.

It's a 5-minute walk from the sea. The rooms are clean. There is a kitchen available for use.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable, close to the beach and main street with restaurants. Owners are very helpful and take care of each guest like you are a family member. Hotel is maintained for chill and comfortable stay with all required facilities. There is also a free airport transfer service, that is rare to have included. Next time will definitely come here with the family for a long vacation

Liked the guest house. Welcoming hosts, very friendly people. Free transfer from and to the airport. Cleanliness, cleaning every three days. Fresh renovation. Quiet street, sea nearby, wine house with delicious wine a few meters away. Cafes are cheap. We highly recommend.

The hotel is close to the sea, literally five minutes walk. Also close to many shops, supermarket, market. In the neighboring house there is a very good home-cooked restaurant (Bazi), where the food is tasty and at the same time cheap. The railway station is also within walking distance. Clean room, cleaning was done every three days. Some rooms offer sea views. The hosts are friendly and helpful in...

Service was amazing, people were very sweet, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also really close to the beach, which gives opportunity for nice and relaxing walk alongside the sea even at nights.

Beautiful stay! Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Food was just delicious. The location is just perfect since the beach is very close. The hotel itself has very good pool and super comfy facility to chill during the day ❤️

My favourite hotel to stay in for summer vacation. An amazing place!!! I always have fun there and relax at the same time. The hotel has a basketball court, a large pool and a cafe from which, among other dishes, you can taste delicious Georgian traditional food, the rooms are always clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, also the beach is very close, which is a bonus point...

We had amazing weekends in hotel Amigo in summer 2023. I want to thank owners and I hope to return here in future. Thank you very much for cozy vibe and great memories. Next let me shortly describe my positive memories: marvelous territory with many plants and trees, nice cafeteria inside the hotel (tasty food and nice prices), very good location of the hotel (near the sea, bus stop nearby), clean...

Brilliant! An amazing hotel with beautiful yard and garden, very close to the sea, tasty food and awesome customer service. Friendly and helpful hosts. Perfect for team building tours (40-50 people).

Check-in was quick, and we were immediately invited to grab some refreshments. We were especially pleased that Chef Nino was willing to prepare dinner to suit each guest's individual preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and decorated in a modern style. The huge courtyard is a true oasis! It's beautifully maintained, surrounded by flowers, and the reception desk is right there. Any request...

A very pleasant hotel. Kind service, especially lady owner. A very nice garden where you can sit and relax surrounded by plants, flowers and a small pond with a fountain.

For a long time we chose accommodation for a holiday in Kobuleti. It's no secret that service and Georgia are unfortunately rare concepts, especially for us, spoiled by a civilized European holiday (and given that Kobuleti is a small resort village). In principle, my travel agent helped me make the right choice, about the hotel we have a good impression. A small number of rooms (25 rooms), the rooms...

Very nice place. The best option for the Kobuleti town in this price range. Cute green garden with a little decorative pool.

An ideal place, an oasis of calm, wonderful unobtrusive service that is right before your eyes when you need it, perfectly comfortable mattresses and pillows. The terrace near the room is spacious, in the evening there is beautiful lighting in the courtyard. The yard is green, very beautiful with a small pool. The sea is literally across the road, 5 minutes walk. All in all, a great place to return...

Best of the Best People there as a family and excellent people and place

Perfect location, not overcrowded beach, clean water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tasty food in the restaurant that overlooks the beach.

We liked this hotel! We recommended this hotel to our friends and they also liked it very much. For sure we will come back to this hotel again. Clean rooms, good stuff and close location to the sea!

Excellent hotel, very cozy, clean, nice staff!!

Clean spacious rooms good room service

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, the girl at the reception is very responsible!!!! We went with a small child, very comfortable accommodation, cozy, the beach is within walking distance! We had dinner every evening in the hotel restaurant, overlooking the sea, the view was gorgeous, the food was very tasty, especially shish kebab, khachipuri, fish!!!! In 7 days we became friends with all the staff...

Nice, clean place with very helpful staff.

The most comfortable thing is that the restaurant and hotel are together, under the same owner. Rooms are clean and wide with two balconies. Staff is friendly. The reservation worked very well. They have their own parking. The parking is from another street, Rustaveli Street. There is an intercom to push and talk with the administrator to open the gate. The location is very convenient. Around 200 meters...

Hotel is located on thr main street and its easy to find. Rooms are large and have enough space for families. You will find all the necessary items in the room. The hotel has restaurant with the same name, which serves delicious georgian food. Menu is very divers and offers kids menu as well. Owners and staff are very welcoming, oriented on service and quality.

Location is the best, 2 minutes walk to beach; staff - amazing, friendly and smiling; pool - very clean; rooms - very big and comfortable with balconies; food - the BEST georgian food and very popular place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chero is very cosy place for friends and families getaway.

Great hotel, it got recently renovated. Has one of the best restaurants in the city.

Very nice hotel. 2 minute walk to the sea. Restaurant had excellent food. Very nice and friendly staff. Pool is a plus. If you have children, there's a big playground nearby as well.

Very nice atmosphere, clean, comfortable rooms, good food and service

Excellent location. 60 meters from the embankment. Quiet. The building, front garden, and rooms impress with their modern design and comfort. They are tastefully decorated. Each room on the second and third floors has a balcony with a sea view. You fall asleep to the sound of the surf. You won't hear any traffic or music. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have high ceilings. The plumbing is in good...

A great place to spend time with family. The hosts are kind and helpful! The breakfasts are delicious, and there's a lovely, cozy summer veranda. The cuisine is top-notch, with all meals prepared on-site and absolutely delicious! The rooms are spacious, spacious, and the bed is soft. The TV has over 100 channels to suit every taste (if that's important). The sea and the promenade are right under your...

Very nice, clean Rooms. Stuff speaks russian and little bit english. Food is fresh and tasty. Sea view from balkony. 50m to the beach.

Very kind staff, close to the sea, tasty food and clean rooms

The hotel is good. I liked the room. We took a triple room, a 30-square-meter room. It has a toilet, shower, refrigerator, non-flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and no hairdryer. The room has three beds, two nightstands, a leather sofa, and an armchair. There's a veranda with a table, chairs, and a drying rack. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed daily, and bed linen every five days. We had some...

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

Great place to stay ♥️🔥

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.
