Clean and well-organized hotel with a nice, simple interior and a tasty, varied breakfast. The reception staff, Nika and Zura, were very kind and helpful. Hotel is recommended. However, our experience with Al Arabiya Tourism Company and Sara was bad , unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Very nice complex in Batumi with swimming pool

The view is indeed great, but it's really not a good experience when there are no signs inside the building and staff are the only ones telling you not to take photos. The shower partition in the bathroom was just okay. Its main advantage is really the location.

The hotel's in-room facilities are pretty basic, but the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast was plentiful, and you can also order dinner at the hotel. It's great value for money, and the cocktails are delicious!

The way to here is very very disturbing its a very long windy road with lots of trucks cause slow moving traffic that is almost STANDSTILL - i can say that the views are nice though while waiting in traffic . There are no toilets on the road - do not stop for toilet breaks its traumatising - wont go into detail . The hotel itself is beautiful and definitely the best in kezbegi - the food selection...

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views. We went around Christmas time and the decor was superb. We got the forest view room it was the best it felt like the room was more of a mountain view than forest. Early morning view was beautiful. We had dinner and breakfast. Food was great. Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.

We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: "Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out." The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The hotel environment is acceptable, considering you're there to ski. However, the swimming pool is not worth visiting; it looked a bit dirty.

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

Everything is beautiful and clean I like everything about this place

The hotel does not have a gym or spa. There is a private spa that does not belong to the hotel for a fee. I was explained that the cost of entry is 100 GEL and there is a discount for hotel guests. The supplement must be taken into account in the room costs.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is impossible to find a hotel without calling, which is very inconvenient from the point of view of check-in service.

The staff is always lovely, but the hotel has worsened over the last year or two. Much of the Carpets and accoutrement have deteriorated. The breakfast has certainly been dramatically downgraded and is a much lower quality. I had several problems with the plumbing in my room that took days to Fix, and it was quite unsettling. Seventeen Rooms is a very good boutique hotel located about a ten minutes walk from Telavi city centre. The room we had was excellent. Very large with a very large sit out. Really nice hotel. We got the top floor, 2 floors room, but the wifi didn't reach the second floor. The view was very nice from the window. The food in the breakfast was lacking but enough to not starve. To get to the hotel we need to go up the mountain a little and the uphill walk was hard. Also, there is no elevator and to get to the room, you need to walk up a lot of stairs.

We stayed here two time, for the total duration of 1.5 weeks. in two different rooms. 2 adults + 2 children. The place is very interesting and super cozy.
