It is a decent hotel with normal food and a swimming pool. There is a sauna and fitness equipment. Upstairs club. The staff is very polite with customers.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra at the front desk.

The staff are too lazy, the pool were open butt there is no towels in the pool. they wanted us to bring the towels from our rooms

The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall

This is the best Radisson I've ever stayed at and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The spa is magical and clean, with a beautiful pool and incredible views of the city (18th and 19th floors)

Location is great, however if you wish to use outdoor spa and winning pool note that it's seasonal, no information during the booking or on hotel website, kids were sad

The gym is similarly impressive. I highly recommend Katie, the massage therapist, at the spa. Being a huge massage fan, I think she's the only one I've experienced a truly high-quality massage with, at 30

:) Both restaurants in the hotel are very, very delicious. I think if you stay in Tbilisi, this is the only hotel you should stay at (but you might not want to leave)

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip. com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good

A gorgeous hotel. A fabulous swimming pool, two steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a gym. Beauty 😻. The rooms are cleaned well. We were very comfortable, we liked everything! But far from the center and the party.

The location is truly excellent—one of my favorite areas of Tbilisi to stay in, with easy access to the city and a pleasant neighborhood feel. The service, as always, is a strong point

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds

There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. I was there while visiting Georgia’s wineries, and it was well situated from that perspective too

It was the best place I visited here. All was good The only problem was with Trip.com. I booked full board - and i get only breakfast

They gave us a wonderful chalet room and complimented us with desserts (it was our anniversary)

In both places, the food quality was well belowwwww expectations: overpriced, lacking in flavor, and served with very poor timing… Dishes were delayed by more than an hour and a half after others had already finished, and when we asked to cancel a dish that was inedible, the staff refused… It’s a shame, because the location is perfect and has so much potential

A beautiful, clean, and fully equipped hotel. An amazing studio, spacious and comfortable, perfect for families, couples, or a couple with two children. Very central location in Batumi, close to everything

All Receptionists are very polite and kind and skilled (not like turkey!). Generally people of georgia are mostly kind people. Outdoor Swimming pool is free but we could not use it due to cold and windy weather

Very nice and convenient apart-hotel. Stayed here in October/November. Great view over the sea from balcony. Good park nearby along the coastline. Studio rooms are pretty okay for short and long stays.

This hotel is right in the city center, new and modern. They offer good breakfasts and have a large swimming pool.

The level of this hotel is extremely high. Honestly, I was very surprised. If I had to mention one thing, I would like to see a bit more creativity in the breakfast menu

My favorite aquarium, you can't take your eyes off it. I don't like aquariums at all, but this one is my love. A pool with warm water like in a bath, part of which is outdoors, overlooking the sea

The pool is amazing too, connected outside and surrounded by the water of the black sea Staff are very supportive, majority they speak English. This place deserve annual visit

Everything is wonderful: territory of forest, beach with no one else around, big balcony with excellent sea and mountains view, comfortable bed with many soft pillows, bathroom and separate bath, chill zone, dining zone, good wifi everywhere

Very comfortable mattresses, down comforters and a huge pile of my favorite pillows. The room cleaning is very comfortable, they watch you leave and while you are not there, oops. Stylish design of the whole hotel

We were there for the New Year, already the 2nd time. Beautiful stylish Christmas tree. Unfortunately, this year, due to recent events, there was no festive performance. But the table at dinner was gorgeous

Good chef, high-quality delicious food (high level of cuisine and products). At breakfast, the variety of dishes is huge. You want to eat everything, because any dish or dessert is sooo delicious

The first 5 varulven modern hotel. Services high, level, pond, fitness a restaurants English, English, unforgettable cuisine and picturesque view of Old Tbilisi, Mtkvari River.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots

Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people

The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit bland and not very tasty. The hotel's location isn't in the old town, so it's ideal if you're driving

located opposite Tbilisi's old town with great sunset views, the Sheraton offers modern rooms with comfortable beds and an incredible pool and spa area, for indoor and outdoor relaxation. 

My wife and I stayed at Pine Astoria Hotel for 3 nights in April 2024. The hotel had a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the windows offered a view of tree-covered mountains

There is no concierge services or Guest relation, so be ready to carry your luggage yourself. Gym are very small and swimming pool as well. Main restaurant opened for breakfast with variety of food

Nice Hotel, we had a lovely view of Tbilisi from our Window. The hotel does not have a 24 hrs coffee shop or eatery which is an inconvenience for people who may want to eat in the hotel other than Breakfast

Breakfast has a large spread with different types of food. Little far from the central area of Tbilisi. Rooms are right size and comfortable. The luggage has to be carried on our own. Overall a pleasant experience

I was pleased to find a 5* hotel at a very good price, especially given all facilities provided (at no extra cost) : huge pool with jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, stunning fitness center, etc

The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive. I found the staff to be less friendly than expected

I had a wonderful experience at Gino Seaside Tbilisi. The hotel is located away from the city noise, close to the seaside, surrounded by fresh air and a calm atmosphere — the perfect place to relax and recharge

This Hotel is very outstanding with unique modern small kitchen in the room. It has a desk and a mini dining table. The shower room is also large, with fine, fragrant handwash, showergel and shampoo

I had a lovely stay at Gino Seaside Tbilisi. The location right by the Tbilisi Sea is perfect if you want to escape the city noise and relax. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

Thanks to the Sheraton team in Batumi. excellent service and a hotel where everything is open. excellent food and best Georgian wines in the lounge. but the most beautiful is the large pool when the sun is shining!

This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew

At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue

It is definitely the best hotel in the Adjara region.

- The owner should ensure watercraft are kept in a separate, fenced-off zone. - No pontoon for entering the sea; walking over pebbles is unpleasant, and elderly guests often needed assistance entering the water

The rooms could use a bit of renovation, but were acceptably clean with the upside being the beds, the mattress and bed sheets in particular, which were really comfortable

) fail to keep up with standards considering the stars they have been claimed to have. So the Grand Gloria is actually a 4-star property, a top 4-star at best

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Although we were refunded for the price difference, I still accept a 4 or 5-star property to upgrade guests when there’s such a mix-up instead of downgrading them

It’s not worthy to opt for city view rooms as they are only US$7 cheaper per night and the street noise is a real nuisance
