The location of this accommodation is absolutely perfect. A few steps from the center and free parking at ul. The location is on a quiet side street and you can get quite close by car to bring your luggage

There is everything for a good rest, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a TV, which we did not have time to use. The old town and all the popular attractions are nearby

The hospitality of the hosts is top notch. They can offer both excursions and set a wonderful table. They met us at the airport, and later, at our request, showed us the city

The guesthouse is very cozy located just outside the town and have an exceptional view to surrounding mountains and Svan Towers. I recommend the homemade breakfast!

Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available

There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down

Staff also let me keep my stroller in the vestibule on the ground floor. Not at all fancy, but extremely homey and comfortable and I highly recommend

The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem.

Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here

If you can't find it when you arrive, just ask someone with a picture. There is an error of about 100 meters between the positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone in the surrounding area knows the old man

The small yard is well kept, and the boss and wife are very enthusiastic. However, the old man may drink a little more often, but he is indeed warm and at home, in line with the experience of a B&B

The hostel is located in a local neighborhood, quiet, the rooms are very new, very clean, the owner and his wife can communicate with Google translate although they do not speak English, very close to the city center, if driving, recommended

We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi

Easy check in, parking available, amazing room dekoration, comfortable bed and only bery few noises during the night. Too bad I was only one night there... Higly reccomended!!!

A clean, comfortable house, wonderful sincere hosts. The house has a large veranda with a fireplace and views of the green garden and mountains - a stunning place for privacy or an evening glass of wine

The owner prepared some salads and a light meal for us and she let us try her red and white house wines as well as some chacha (Georgian vodka). She has a very nice garden which overlooks an amazing view

There are delicious breakfasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Manana, mistress of the house, kind and caring :)

Very clean, good value for money. You should definetly ear there. Especially the little things of dough filled with cheese and to be eaten with joghurt and fruit jam

The Kursi across the street is apparently run by her son. Very nice garden with many flowers
