A gorgeous hotel. A fabulous swimming pool, two steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a gym. Beauty 😻. The rooms are cleaned well. We were very comfortable, we liked everything! But far from the center and the party.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are well decorated and furnished. But the room cleaning service is bad they don't change the towels

When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June

We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered

One of the best resorts in Georgia, not very stroller/baby friendly and music till 11.00 am near the pool is ruining the atmosphere of a 5 star hotel.

Overall it's OK, the room is big enough, but the bed is very small, the toilet has to be open all the time to ventilate, there is still a bit of smell, there is a mall and Carrefour supermarket a few hundred meters away, opposite is the coastline, it's a good choice

The location at first glance might seem far away from the city centre, but the McDonald's around the corner and the metro station just a street away makes this hotels location exceptionally great for it's price

2- The street on which the hotel is locatoed on, altough the area around is really nice the street feels like a dark alley with abandoned buildings, graffitis and garbage

It’s a good hotel but make sure to request a full king bed not two separate beds beside each other

When we asked where the third person would sleep, the young man at the reception answered that they forgot to put the third bed. Sleep three of us on one, and tomorrow we will fix everything

The breakfast is not bad, there is a lot to choose from. All the staff are wonderful, they help in any of your questions and requests. Cleaning took place every day, lovely, sincere women did their job just fine!

The hotel is in a good location, bit far away from the city centre, however, easily accessible to everything. There's a grocery in front also in case we need something urgently. Overall a good experience with the hotel

There is also an iviting outdoor pool but it was too cold to try it athough the water is heated

Staying in a bungalow was like living in a Hobits house - small at first glance, but with spacious bedroom, comfortable bed and panoramic glass front wall becouse of the last its so difficult to get out of the bed as the views are magical

It is served at the table but you get so many options that it is difficult to try all of them. Food was delicious, from local sources I guess. the restaurant is invating, with some traditional items and patterns

The bathroom is at the back, also spacious and with quality amenities. TV and wi-fi worked perfect as well as coffe-tea machine. Place is out of the city so super quiet and calm

Situated in a picturesque place, the hotel offers excellent views of Kakhetian rolling green hills and of the Alazani Valley. Plenty of laces to relax and enjoy peace. The car parking is about 2 km from the hotel

This was the first time for us to stay at Kvareli Lake Resort. We have been many times at other resorts like Lopota Lake, Radisson Tsinandali, Paragraph, that could be seen as competitors

Everything, from the start (customer service at the reservation request) to finish (customer service to check out and bringing luggage to our car) went great

The family rooms were at -1 level, and there was no elevator, but they had a bell boy to help with the luggage. The swimming pool is small, but decent sized, so don't expect to be doing freestyle from end to end

❌Disliked · There is a pothole ridden road leading up to the hotel, no decent parking space and if you park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage entrance, you'll block off the whole road so have to quickly leave and park elsewhere

There were bathrobes, slippers, dryer, shampoo, body soap, towels, coffee machine, kettle, mini refrigerator in the room. Every product in the room was of very high quality. I loved the body and hair shampoo

The Meraki brand coffee machine and the coffees placed next to it were good. There is no bidet tap in the bathroom. Since it was new, I think the terrace floor with the pool was closed to use

Very large portions of dishes. Georgian dishes are always a little spicier and saltier. If necessary (since we are with a child), they took into account our wishes. And they did not make the dishes salty or peppery
