I stayed here at the beginning and end of my tour in Georgia. I thought the location was great, with pedestrianized areas of restaurants and cafes right around the corner, and easy walks to museums and Old Town. We stayed here in April of 2021 aka the worst time for tourism. Our original accommodation fell through and we had to find something urgently, so we just stumbled onto this place. It was the best stay ever. I cannot think of a better location or service. Breakfast, rooms, amenities were all superb.

The room was small, and there were spider webs in two places near the ceiling, so it didn't feel clean. It's hard to say it's a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't look like the bath mat had been replaced or cleaned.

Elia is a very caring woman and wants to ensure you have a good time in Georgia. I went in January when it was quite cold, but still the rooms were very cosy. It’s a lovely, historic property. Staff work very hard, it is clean and easy walking distance to Old Tbilisi and many tour pick up points. Words are simply unnecessary here. Top service, best food, a place where you will feel special. Thanks to the staff and the owner of this hotel. They are very friendly and polite. The hotel is located on a central street, but you don't feel that way at all while staying at the hotel.

Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation with my pregnancy and could not travel. I was disappointed that the the hotel did not respond to a request for a partial refund - even saying no would have been better than no response at all. I'd have been happy to stay here in the future, but as a result, I'll look for a different hotel when I do make it to Georgia.

From the moment I walked into the hotel Diana greeted me checked me in got me situated.David at the bar educated me on Georgia wine. Room was the perfect size for me .
