The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The spa area was truly an exceptional experience I really enjoyed their service and the atmosphere. We were very impressed with both the service and the hotel itself. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast was varied. The rooms were beautiful and stylish. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. The only thing we didn't really like was the hotel's ground-floor restaurant; the food wasn't very good. A couple of times during the week, we also heard protestors on the street.

The level of this hotel is extremely high. Honestly, I was very surprised. If I had to mention one thing, I would like to see a bit more creativity in the breakfast menu. The cleanliness and service standards are absolutely top-notch.

The hotel is located in a tall building in the heart of the new city, so the rooms are quite high up, offering views of the entire cityscape. Overall its a good hotel in a good location. Cons from my POV: 1. We had to ask 5 times for sheets for the kids bed.( overall it took them 6 hours) 2. In the shower the water temp changes from hot to cold precisely every 10 seconds. 3. They moved us to a better room. At night the airconditioner started to knock loudly.i didnt even bother to complain

My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking.
