We stayed here 29.7.25 to 2.8.25 and it was the perfect base for us, halfway between the mountains and the city centre. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated as temperatures as high as 37°C during our stay. After our holiday, the wonderful staff at DKD Bridge hotel alerted us they'd found a wallet my son had accidentally left behind in one of the rooms....

Very nice staff The bathroom wasn’t dirty, but the tile was poor quality where I could easily slip and break my neck. Also the drain in the bathroom was missing and shower leaked on to shower floor. Also unclear how to use heater/AC. Other than that it was fine.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious casino in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall. A great place for shoppers and people into the beach .

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

Great resort at a super nice lake. Landscape and the hotel facilities are clearly the highlight. The new gym with proper equipment was my personal highlight. A bit pricey but definitely nice especially with children.

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. Service is first rate. We were very impressed with both the service and the hotel itself. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast was varied. The rooms were beautiful and stylish. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. The only thing we didn't really like was the hotel's ground-floor restaurant; the food wasn't very good. A couple of times during the week, we also heard protestors on the street.

The level of this hotel is extremely high. Honestly, I was very surprised. If I had to mention one thing, I would like to see a bit more creativity in the breakfast menu. The cleanliness and service standards are absolutely top-notch.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. The hotel is located in a tall building in the heart of the new city, so the rooms are quite high up, offering views of the entire cityscape. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped with not much space to move around by the window. Breakfast was pretty average with limited options, and parking was quite tight.

The shower was not hot and the water flow very low. The room was not that clean compared to a proper 5 star hotel. The breakfast area was very busy not a lot of options and we had to wait for 30 minutes for a table

I stayed here for two nights, and the staff were all very polite. There's free parking downstairs, and the room views are great. The facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent. The pool isn't heated, so it's a bit cold. Overall, it's a decent five-star hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Gino Seaside Tbilisi. The location right by the Tbilisi Sea is perfect if you want to escape the city noise and relax. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. Overall its a good hotel in a good location. Cons from my POV: 1. We had to ask 5 times for sheets for the kids bed.( overall it took them 6 hours) 2. In the shower the water temp changes from hot to cold precisely every 10 seconds. 3. They moved us to a better room.
