The hotel is located next to a shopping center. There is a boulevard opposite the hotel, the sea 🌊 is across the road. In general the hotel is not bad.

**Tip 1:** Be sure to request a sea-view room at check-in. Although we were initially promised a room change to a sea-view room once the reception was less crowded, this never happened

It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center

A gorgeous hotel. A fabulous swimming pool, two steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a gym. Beauty 😻. The rooms are cleaned well. We were very comfortable, we liked everything! But far from the center and the party.

The restaurant staff were pretty curt with the UAE guests (I personally believed the latter brought their bad attitude with them on not addressing the staff as servants)

Check out was chaotic and needs work on making it a pleasant experience. The hotel is situated away from things, so you will need transport to get any where

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are well decorated and furnished. But the room cleaning service is bad they don't change the towels

The hotel is in a great location, the front desk is warm and friendly, the seaside scenery is beautiful, especially suitable for a seaside vacation, and it is also very convenient to walk in the seaside garden downstairs

Good coffee & cakes in a lobby cafe. Prices are a bit high but the location, cozyness and service offered really worth it. You may find some interesting books in the lobby library and take some rest and read

Rooms with a sea view - it's great fun

We stayed here for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms totally. The hotel was huge ,with a grand reception area. Hotel was conveniently located bang opposite a mall. Location of the hotel was very good

Only one minus and it is not depends on the hotel - next to a night club with music till 4 in the morning (with almost no people in the club) at least enjoy the sound of the sea, at night, to prevent, and even to sleep with open balcony

Everything is wonderful: territory of forest, beach with no one else around, big balcony with excellent sea and mountains view, comfortable bed with many soft pillows, bathroom and separate bath, chill zone, dining zone, good wifi everywhere

But the best of all it is water zone: inside aquapark with sea water, aquarium, spa zone, inside tropic forest and swimming pool with warm water starting inside and continuing out to the beach and pier

The best stuff, nice suite. The hotel is old but well kept. The only drawback is the breakfasts - monotonous, no choice. Bread, cheese, poor quality ham, some fruit and an omelette station. This can be fixed.

The hotel was almost full while we arrived but it feels empty. You have tons of room , really nice breakfast. We paid Orbi city and been through hell and coming from the bottom to the top ( Sheraton) was great

There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement

- if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that...

I really liked the hotel! Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters

The best part of this Hotel is its location. Our family suite had 2 balconies both directly facing the Black sea. Amazing views and very well maintained rooms. Thanks to team for upgrading us to Family Suite

However, the hotel was renovated many years ago and is a little old, but the service of the service staff is in place, and those old facilities can be ignored. Instead, it gives people a sense of historical immersion

To be honest, I didn't expect there would be such a beautiful hotel in the mountains near Batumi! Georgia on one side, Turkey on the second side, and the sea in the middle! The scenery is so beautiful! I really liked their indoor pool and Turkish massage, and I relaxed with friends in the evening! I am really looking forward to going there again next time!

Pros: The hotel serves breakfast until 11am, the scenery is great, you can see the Black Sea, and there is an outdoor swimming pool
