One huge hotel with a view to a sea. Great services. Very nice and large rooms (at least some of them).

The staff are too lazy, the pool were open butt there is no towels in the pool. they wanted us to bring the towels from our rooms

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! I had a lovely stay at Gino Seaside Tbilisi. The location right by the Tbilisi Sea is perfect if you want to escape the city noise and relax. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean

Overall its a good hotel in a good location. We had to ask 5 times for sheets for the kids bed. ( overall it took them 6 hours) 2. In the shower the water temp changes from hot to cold precisely every 10 seconds

Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere

- The owner should ensure watercraft are kept in a separate, fenced-off zone. - No pontoon for entering the sea; walking over pebbles is unpleasant, and elderly guests often needed assistance entering the water

- Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is ineffective and unable to solve issues — problems need higher-level decisions

Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

This is while guests at all other hotels in that area need to cross the boulevard running along the coast in order to access the beach

The sea view rooms are larger than city view ones, have balconies, and give you spectacular views

The hotel is, I think, the only property that has direct beach access which is a plus

Housekeeping and room service was good and the only issue was that both at our fist check-in and also the second one when we exchanged rooms, no one brought up our luggage and after 40 minutes I had to go down to the lobby and take them to our room myself

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

It was realy great pleasure to stay in Courtyard by Marriott Batumi during 1 week in February. Courtyard by Marriott Batumi was a wonderful experience for our family

The the location is great very easy walk to Boulevard and lovely Old City, with stunning sea and fountains view. The hotel is immaculate, Brand new, room is comfortable, cosy, well equiped and nice decorated
