Hotels on first line in Georgia

It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center

My wife and I stayed at the 5-star Euphoria Hotel in Batumi for three nights in April 2024. The hotel is very large with a high number of rooms, but the private outdoor area is relatively small

The hotel is a short walk from the beach, though the main city landmarks are relatively far away. Overall, Euphoria is an affordable 5-star hotel with a lively atmosphere and decent cleanliness standards

**Tip 1:** Be sure to request a sea-view room at check-in. Although we were initially promised a room change to a sea-view room once the reception was less crowded, this never happened

The hotel's common areas, such as the restaurant and pool, were also quite busy due to the large number of rooms (the outdoor pool was closed during our stay)

The hotel provides HB service, and the food quality was average. I recommend avoiding the late hours at the dining area to ensure a better experience. A mall and a ****** are conveniently located next to the hotel

A gorgeous hotel. A fabulous swimming pool, two steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a gym. Beauty 😻. The rooms are cleaned well. We were very comfortable, we liked everything! But far from the center and the party.

The restaurant staff were pretty curt with the UAE guests (I personally believed the latter brought their bad attitude with them on not addressing the staff as servants)

Check out was chaotic and needs work on making it a pleasant experience. The hotel is situated away from things, so you will need transport to get any where

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are well decorated and furnished. But the room cleaning service is bad they don't change the towels

The hotel is in a great location, the front desk is warm and friendly, the seaside scenery is beautiful, especially suitable for a seaside vacation, and it is also very convenient to walk in the seaside garden downstairs

It's nice because it's located between the lake and the sea. The room is clean and you can enjoy the view from the balcony

They prepared a cake for our family's birthday and also provided us with a wine coupon that we could use at the restaurant

Can't say about the air - conducted Congress. But like the bar on the 20th floor with a gorgeous view, a good restaurant on the ground floor.

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

We stayed here for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms totally. The hotel was huge ,with a grand reception area. Hotel was conveniently located bang opposite a mall. Location of the hotel was very good

Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria

even no warmer for bread and I saw a guy licked his finger and put it in nuts bowl and staff looked at him with smile ! Room was ok but the balcony door is not fixed good and noises outside is reall issue lots of staffs can not speak english and it was hard to communicate with them

beside that , they are not really warm and hospitable As I talked to other tourists , I found out that you can find better hotels near to the price of Grand Gloria By the way , they wont answer to your email , so don't waste your time :)

Interesting hotel... unusual. I liked the water park, the big aquarium. The spa is not very good. The pool is small, children are not allowed.

Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! One of the best resorts in Georgia, not very stroller/baby friendly and music till 11.00 am near the pool is ruining the atmosphere of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has its private beach and a small open swimming pool. The courtyard is very nice, with plants and flowers and bamboo trees and it all resembles Sokhumi

This Hotel is very outstanding with unique modern small kitchen in the room. It has a desk and a mini dining table. The shower room is also large, with fine, fragrant handwash, showergel and shampoo

Nearby is the Aqua Park within walking distance. Amazing spacious conference rooms with a gorgeous view. 10-15 minutes by car to the city center, also very convenient to get to the airport

It is a combination of hotel and appartment. The room is big and cosy, very hygienic and clean. The view from the lake is refreshing. The balcony is very big like a terrace

The best stuff, nice suite. The hotel is old but well kept. The only drawback is the breakfasts - monotonous, no choice. Bread, cheese, poor quality ham, some fruit and an omelette station. This can be fixed.

The hotel was almost full while we arrived but it feels empty. You have tons of room , really nice breakfast. We paid Orbi city and been through hell and coming from the bottom to the top ( Sheraton) was great

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses

Big rooms, with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Pay a bit extra and get a sea view room. Very central, good food

Close to the sea, the window can be regarded as a sea view, and the beach is not far away. The room is not big, the facilities are simple, barely livable, and may be much better than the surrounding B&Bs

Good location, a few minutes walk from the beach, but the front desk service attitude is average and the facilities are relatively old

Of the minuses - wifi normally but for some reason on only the balcony and the guys-animators at the pool was sometimes too loud

The best part of this Hotel is its location. Our family suite had 2 balconies both directly facing the Black sea. Amazing views and very well maintained rooms. Thanks to team for upgrading us to Family Suite

Really liked their Indoor swimming pool where one mini pool is with hot water. On the flip side the breakfast could have been better with more veg/vegan options

As negative point I can say the cleaning staff did not refill every used items,for example I asked for hair conditioner but they didn't give it to me
