The place is not very modern, but the young host is amazingly worm person. When I had to stay for another night in Telqvi, because we have returned too late to going straight to Tbilisi, he took me for free.

We stayed here for just one night and it was pretty good. Central location, free parking, you can order a home made breakfast. As lots of people said, there's a kind of museum inside and the owner is happily showing around, being incredibly proud of every single object. It was interesting to have a tour around the house but to be honest we were tired at the end of the day and just wanted to rest, whereas...

Great guesthouse (it is not really a hotel) in a lovely quiet location. The women who run it speak limited English but are very kind and prepare great breakfasts. On our last day we had to leave quite early so they made us a packed breakfast which was fantastic. The room was a bit on the small side but was perfect for what we needed.

Anna was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we had the opportunity to have some nice chats. This is a great location for visiting the Stalin museum, where Anna actually works as a guide! My room with its five beds far outstripped what I needed haha, but was very comfortable, and the generous serving of Anna's homemade medovik for breakfast was lovely 😊 thank you for having me!

The location of the hotel was very good and the host was friendly. The room was spacious but there was smell of cigarettes in our room. The mattress was too hard, it seem like the spring was broken. Every time we moved, there was a loud noise. We booked the room with breakfast and we're surprised that there was only a piece of cake and one cup of tea for each person. Anyway the cake was delicious

The proprietress gave us two connecting rooms and provided a rich breakfast, hot water, and daily necessities. Although the proprietress was very busy, she was really attentive to the guests and was always available at any time.

Very nice hotel. The unbeatable scenery is right outside the window on the hotel's platform. The innkeeper is very warm and thoughtful, helping in every possible way. It's quite old overall, and the facilities are a bit basic. There are several restaurants and banks nearby, making it convenient to withdraw money. The Japanese food with its snow-capped mountain view is also nice. You can take a walk in the evening. The food is decent, not crowded. They even let us do a survey; their attitude was very good.

It's run by an old lady. She is hospitable and warm. The location is very close to Borjomi National Park. On our check in, our room was very clean and neat. The interiors are well kept, although from the exterior it seemed as some old hut. She also went above and beyond to offer Tea/Coffee during our stay there. Would highly recommend this budget friendly stay!

A wonderful stay, with welcoming hosts. The dogs are friendly. The air is fresh at night, and the area is quiet, calm, and cozy. You can lie on a sun lounger with a book or a cup of tea or coffee, or just watch the stars with a blanket. I recommend it ☺️

The Place is realy near the City Center, just a little Walk to all the history places in the City. The View from the Guest house to the City is realy nice. The Rooms are Clean and Comfortable. We stayed from August 17th to 20th. The owner was very welcoming and customer-oriented. It has everything you need and more. It has a homey atmosphere, plenty of space, beautiful views, and a fully equipped kitchen. I recommend it to anyone who loves the old southern neighborhoods. The neighbors may be noisy, but that adds to the charm, like the local flora.

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)
