The rooms on the 2nd floor are not very comfortable, both sound and light come through the walls, everyone's voice can be heard from outside, there is a TV but only 4-6 Georgian channels, the rest are in other languages, and there are a few.
(What I liked)
1) There is air conditioning and a balcony, but in the evening it is impossible to go out to the balcony because of mosquitoes.
2) Also with air conditioning, when you want to breathe fresh air and open the window, mosquitoes immediately fly in.
3) There is also a kitchen for Uvela and various appliances, it will be enough for a minimum
In short, it is a little expensive, but if you add 10-20% of the money, you can find a more comfortable and pleasant place nearby.
