I booked through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist wasn't there. The other receptionists said they didn't know our room number and that we needed to know it. Since we couldn't go anywhere else at that hour, we were forced to pay that price and stay, but I definitely regret it. The room wasn't clean, except for the sheets. I will never choose this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it either.
