This place is brand new -- gives me a feeling of scandinavian building style. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. Enjoy your stay outside center of heat in Ureki in a calm place next to the beach and pine forest.

I was here last summer, and I have to say, everything was wonderful. The khachapuri was delicious, the food was neat and beautiful. The rooms were well-kept and clean. And it's a short walk to the beach.

We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The owners welcome guests with such warmth and attention that you feel right at home. The food is beyond praise—everything is fresh, delicious, and heartfelt. The beach is just about 100 meters away—literally a couple of minutes' walk and you're right by the sea. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, the hotel matches the photos, but unfortunately, the impression was negative. The main disappointments are the bathroom, where the shower and toilet are not separated at all (neither by a partition nor by a curtain), which is extremely inconvenient. The mattress is hard, all springs, it was uncomfortable to sleep. It is worth noting separately that it was cold in the room, and we were not provided with normal blankets - it was unpleasant to spend the night.

In communication with the staff, there was some indifference and superficial attitude - as if we were disturbing them.

After we left a subjective, polite review on Booking (where we simply described our experience), the hotel began to write to us with indignation and threats that they would send a complaint. This completely spoiled the impression.

We are calm and adequate guests, we just honestly shared our impressions. It is a pity that instead of respectful feedback, the hotel chose such a tone.
