We stayed at this hotel in August 2017. The owner, Aza, is a responsive and very pleasant woman who strives to ensure everyone's comfort and convenience. We were very pleased with the hotel staff. The rooms and public areas were clean. The food was always fresh and delicious.

Super hotel in Ureki, Georgia, black, magnetic sand, very warm and gentle sea, the Lizi hotel is on the second line, 5 minutes walk to the sea, but the most valuable thing is the hostess Lizi, Aza, everything is very clean, any request is satisfied instantly, there is a courtyard, very convenient with small children, rooms with all amenities, the staff is responsive and kind! Thank you very much, we had an unforgettable holiday))

A terrible and dirty place. The owners are completely incompetent!
Highly not recommended! Horribly unsanitary. The owners (Aza and Gocha) are rude and disrespectful. They only care about money. The food is Soviet-era, with portions for preschoolers. There's no courtyard as such. The surrounding area is swampy and muddy. The walk to the sea is long (your feet will be knee-deep in mud). If you try to refuse to stay, the owners start threatening violence and cursing. The owner, Aza, starts making a show of fainting. My husband starts threatening violence and calling me obscene names. These are NOT PEOPLE. Overall, it's a terrible, bug-infested, filthy place, with an interior reminiscent of the worst sanatoriums of the 1970s and 1980s. Don't be fooled by pictures and paid reviews!

A cozy hotel a 5-minute walk from a beautiful black sand beach with a gentle slope into the sea. The hostess and staff are friendly and welcoming, with a true Georgian touch. Three meals a day are provided (you won't go hungry). There's a bar. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
