Is a family run bnb, and they are very gentle and caring. The breakfast is very good and abundant!
The Villa is nice on the inside, but needs some adjustments. The balcony of our room was ruined. And also the entrance needs a little bit of maintenance.
Yes, house has its quirks, like all of us, like Georgia itself and this precious life we try to live. However, nothing is impossible for people running the house, and services provided, with calm, respectful and family-like approach are top notch. Nino’s food is just spectacular (exquisite dinners!) and Ika’s willingness and communication are second to none. I’ve been here three times and will always be back whenever in Kutaisi.
It is an interesting, classical home (both inside and out), surrounded by a beautiful, tranquil landscape. Our host, Nina, made us feel extremely welcome, despite us literally turning up on her doorstep with only the slightest warning that we were coming.
Unfortunately I’d fallen slightly ill the day before and was suffering with dehydration, but Nina shared a few home remedies that instantly made me feel much better. As a result, the following morning I was able to enjoy the fantastic breakfast she had prepared and then walk up to the stunning Gelati monastery.
My only disappointment is that we did not find this place sooner, I could have happily spent a few days there instead of the one night..
