Hostels in center in Kutaisi

I didn't get enough sleep! I booked a private room just to spend the night and leave in the morning. I couldn't sleep because of the drunken guests screaming songs until 1 a.m. This is simply unacceptable. We travel frequently, constantly changing locations, but I've never seen anything like this anywhere in the world. It's simply nonsense.

The owner was helpful, very nice bedroom and other facilities like bathrooms.

I've spent 2 wonderful days at Friends hostel at Kutaisi and I enjoyed my stay there! Stayed here for a couple of nights and had an awesome time! We had a great evening hanging out with people, playing in the board games, and sharing stories. The dinner was fantastic — tasty shashlik with sides for just 20 GEL, totally worth it. Beds are super comfortable, everything is clean, and the kitchen is really functional and well-equipped. I arrived here in Winter. The hostel was not busy with people but the host was a friendly old man. I arrived in Kutaisi 4am in the morning and they there to receive me at the Hostel.

Comfortable beds and friendly owners

Nice cozy cheap. 10 minutes to center and cafes. Walking distance to botanical garden. Rooms clean. Owners are friendly and not too engaging. That's nice.

We spent few nights in a private room in Bao Hostel and we enjoyed very much. The vibe is very good and the room was cozy and clean. Micha was a great host.

Loved our stay here, the place has everything you need, a lot of information you'll need for getting around Georgia and the private room we had was big with comfortable beds. Loved it here.. highly recommend!

Lovingly decorated and great amenities (with curtains, shelves, and power outlets in the dorm). Unfortunately, I got bitten by bed bugs, and noticed it too late. I was able to treat my clothes in the dryer, and the host told me that he will take care of the problem. Although statistically this happens in almost every hotel/hostel at some point, for me personally it was an unpleasant and paranoid experience

Beautiful Hostel, centrally located with all amenities what we all need as a backpacker. Community Kitchen with all essentials & free coffee. Comfortable beds with curtains, lockers with locks, all maps & necessary information, books & a beautiful Community space to chill out. I checked in early morning very comfortably as they shared all necessary details. Clean homely hostel. Must recommend.

A little out of the way especially if you're coming from the bus station. It feels a little like your wandering into a residential neighborhood. Look for the the house with a red gate/fence after turning right at the old kiosk. Everything was fine, except there was no electricity in the bathroom (we were informed of this in advance). For the price, we'd gladly stay there again.

My family and I stayed overnight. Everything was great. The hosts were kind. The accommodations were cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The Bagrati Cathedral is nearby. We have fond memories.

A lovely garden and a large house, with every guest room having its own bathroom. The hot water works perfectly, with great water pressure and drainage. We've been staying here for years. It's a wonderful place with incredibly wonderful hosts. There's no other option for us. We've left our car there for extended periods several times. We highly recommend it.

Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. The private room, with its own bathroom, and the guest kitchen were also very helpful. I'd definitely return the next time I visit Kutaisi.

The airbnb was in a great neighbourhood of kutaisi. Located a ten minute walk from city center and many other attractions that the city has to offer. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we got to do everything we set out to do. He also responded very quickly to us when we had questions. After spending some time with us he even got us a little gift while we were there. I cant praise our host...

Contrary to the other reviews here I had a very good expensive, large rooms and a very friendly owner. The location is excellent for exploring Kutaissi and was easy enough to find.

The hotel is an old historic mansion. It's refurbished, but you can share a lot of texture. The owner is a very interested person. It's a mile from the square. On the way to the hotel, you will find that the historical soviet houses You can take pictures along the way as the cars do not bother you.

Can’t recommend Hotel California enough. The rooms are lavish and spotless; the location is great—very close to the center of town, restaurants, etc. The proprietress is an absolute sweetheart—kind, knowledgeable, fun to talk to! Good facilities but the owner seems to think she is doing you a favour by letting you stay and pay her. She warmed-up by day 2 but I was ready to cancel my booking after her 'welcome'.

Very beautifull entrance, spacious rooms and walking distance to the center. Also the rooms and shared bathroom are very clean.

Have to rate at 5 - cosy, fantastic atmosphere at place, good rooms, nice, tidy with every accessory provided for the stay. Location is good - near the city centre, 5/7 minutes walk. It is family run, so they really know how to treat and serve the guests. Free wifi, spacy area, terrace with fantastic views, coffee and tea service. And most importantly, they do not hurry guests for the early checkout

A place where you feel like you are visiting family

I'm not a picky tourist. I had to stay just for 1 night, waiting for my train next day, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for just sleep-&-go. So I chose this place. I had a room with personal bathroom. Everything is modest, but clean. Administrator is super-hospitable.

Really amazing guest house, Price is incredibly good owners are very friendly. We came here for one night but stayed more than one. They have a beautiful dog BUBU and really nice garden.
