One of the few hotels in Kutaisi, this hotel has a good location, close to the scenic spot, and the room facilities are complete, but the bed is too narrow 0.9 meters. Is there no fat people in your country? Design such a narrow bed. Recommended for the geographical location

I was surprised to read bad reviews, because i have oposite impressions. We were very impressed, obsolutelly clean room, bathroom, beds, corridors, lifts, restoraunt. Staff was super friendly with us. It is near part and baths number 2 and 6, just 5 minutes to walk and near best restorant of Georgian food Imeretian Esquisse. I liked our stay here, will back again

Nice Stay in Tskaltubo Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel is a pleasant, well-located base near the town’s mineral baths and park. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies and good light. Breakfast and facilities are solid, though the gym is dated!!!!!!!!! — I’d happily give five stars if they upgraded it. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a relaxed visit to Tskaltubo.

Tskaltubo stay Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing swimming pool. Good hospitality. Quite Area. Beside you the super market and close to you one of the good restaurant Magnolia Restaurant. There is enough space front of the hotel which you may see more dogs and more drifting cars.

The room ( 416) is spacious with a great view . Nature outside is wonderful. Had relaxing walks daily but there are many dogs around . The laundry service is fast but the staff delivered it without notifying me . When I asked for the room to be cleaned , my cookies were gone ! Breakfast is acceptable. Staff speaks English .

A 4-star rating seems a bit inflated. The room was small and old, and the cleanliness was just so-so. It was obvious the cleaning wasn't thorough; one of the disposable toothbrush packets was open and empty, which wasn't noticed and wasn't replaced.

Location wise it's good, as within 5-10 minutes walk you have a lot of amenities, the 2 ladies at the reception tried to accommodate us at the best possible way, but in general as a hotel, rooms, and breakfast, it needs a lot of upgrade. Breakfast was so limited 🥲

The rooms were clean and the facilities were new. The city view rooms offered views of the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the restaurant. The staff were friendly. Because we needed to get there early, the front desk even prepared a generous breakfast for us. A hotel I highly recommend.

Not sure what others are going on about. We occupied 2 rooms here. This hotel is great! Perfect location. Doesn't get more central than this. Clean rooms. Friendly proactive English speaking staff. Hands down the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Georgia! Showers are a decent size. For the price, this place is hard to beat. Will be staying here again. On par with American hotels

The entrance to the hotel is going through some sort of repair. It was in pretty bad shape. I was kind of scared of going in at all. However, the staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He collected us from the entrance and assisted us in every way he could (helped us with booking taxis, offered Georgian to English translation etc). The rooms were quite comfortable, but not soundproof

Usually I want to be the contrarian, but I can't disagree with the 5 star ratings. The manager (sorry, forgot your name) went out of his way to help us on more than one occasion. The furnishings in both the lobby and the bedroom are classy and comfortable, and the location is perfect with a nice cafe for breakfast and coffee just meters from the door. Thanks!
