It's newly renovated and quite far from the city center. If you have your own car, you might consider it.

The location is a bit out of the way; it's quite a distance to the city center if you don't drive. However, the facilities are pretty good!

We stayed one night only: the hospitality agent (or boss) was nice and friendly - gave us some tips for a place to eat. The bed was comfortable, the room has everything inside for a short period of stay, a bit nosy in the night but this is because of the road circulation outside. The breakfast was yummy and prepared just for us ! I would recommend this hotel for a short period of time !

A wonderful, interesting hotel in an old building, next to the Colchis Fountain, yet located on a street where you can park your car. The old house was quite interesting, and the service was warm and welcoming. However, the cleanliness was indeed poor, and the things were old and worn. Luckily, I only stayed one night, so I just considered it an experience.

Stayed in a single room for 1 day. The views were beautiful it was looking at the city and the cathedral. The breakfast was nice nothing extraordinary. All of the staff were nice! Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was good. Rooms were neat and clean and fridge was full of wines, water, snacks etc. The view from hotel is also beautiful. They serve breakfast individually to everyone and the service is also really nice. Its one of the greatest hotel that i stayed. Im grateful for the hospitality of the workers. They helped a lot with smiling face. Breakfast was very nice, you can pick between many options.
